Waterfront holiday rentals in Pasco County

If you're looking for a beautiful Florida experience, I would definitely stay here. The pool and view were stunning and the unit was decorated with the elegance and style of Florida colors. The unit was pristine in cleanliness. The host responded to our concerns immediately. Highly recommended and I would stay again.

We had a fantastic stay. Excellent communication and easy check in instructions. We loved the screened in porch and the mini refrigerator/freezer was very useful! Can't wait to come back!

What a beautiful location. Right on the Gulf views are exceptional. Apartment was as advertised very nice clean and functional. King bed was a bonus and comfortable .Stormie was a great host and real quick to respond to our inquiries. More importantly the people who work there and the guests who stay there are friendly and very enjoyable to be around Thanks again Stormie Mike and Connie Luciantonio

Kristen's place was exactly as pictured. She was responsive in messages and made sure we had everything we needed. Her place was quiet and comfortable. The neighborhood is a bit older with some wear and tear, but Kristen's place is modern and feels like home inside. Very convenient to grocery stores and major roads.

This was a wonderful place for my family to visit and spend time together. I loved the view and peace. Sharon is very hospitable very sweet! We will definitely go back!

The condo was a beutiful place to stay while I visited with my children who live in Wesley Chapel. One comment or improvment I would make is to have a box fan available for the guests. You are not allowed to run the air conditioning below 70 degrees Farenheit, so it gets very stuffy and a little warm in the condo. A box fan would have helped solve that problem. Otherwise, the place was comfortable and clear with plenty of room.

Tim was very responsive and the house and pool were great. Great place for a little fishing and relaxing and would stay again when. In the area.

Daniel and Katherine place was perfect for holding my husband, sons, and brother (for one of the nights). It’s spacious and comfortable. The linens were very nice. The screened in porch was lovely to sit on in the evening. We saw night herons, wood storks and white herons while there. To top it off, it’s close to Tarpon Springs and some great waterfront restaurants.

Lyndsays Seaside Gem is more than we expected, amenities everything we needed and more, view of the bay , beautifully decorated , comfortable , close to everything restaurants and activities. Lyndsay was easy and friendly to communicate with , we are super excited to come back next year.

Enjoyed our stay. It was the second time we have stayed here. Enjoyed watching all the birds on the lake.

Ricardo was a great host and offers a great home to stay at. We used it as our base camp to attend two different concerts at Raymond James stadium over the course of a weekend and it offered a quiet sanctuary away from the hustle of the Tampa area. Definitely recommend it.

Christena's home was a wonderful experience for us. And it's true, the sunsets are gorgeous, and you can see the stars at night. Her home was welcoming and inviting. It was pristine. I really appreciated the lovely card and the chips that were there when we arrived. One thing really cool is watching the current change directions every few minutes right outside the screened porch. I've lived around water my whole life and have never experienced that! It was very cool! The wildlife was great to watch, too! Also, Christena was very accommodating and super friendly! We would definitely come back. I highly recommend her home.

All I have to say is that this place is the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at. Such a beautiful house that is filled with everything you need, down to the smallest detail. Diana was responsive from the moment we made our reservations, to before, during, and when we checked out. For a few days, it was a home away from home, a great place to kick up our feet, float in the pool, and just unwind. We will definately be back!!

Christian's mom met us at the door and gave us a tour of the place. She was readily available to answer any questions we had. Very quiet backyard and peaceful surrounding on the dock.

have you stayed on upper floors before I really noticed the advantages of being on this first floor unit above the garage as you still get the spectacular views but it feels like you have a humongous patio backyard as you can walk right out onto the common area down to the body of water that connects to the ocean. Also a lot less walking very conveniently located unit super comfortable living room furniture. Loved it we will try to book again in the future.

Truly a slice of paradise. The location is close to many restaurants and stores but also very private and peaceful. 24hr secured premises was an added bonus. Spoke with several year round residents who were very friendly, willing to share recommendations for dining or activities. The kitchen is stocked with all the basics plus more, if cooking is part of your vacation. The pool was refreshing on the hot afternoons. Linda and Phil were excellent hosts, we'd stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. The place is perfect for a getaway. We felt safe and relaxed the whole time. Everyone we we met around the place was very welcoming and friendly. We will be back and will always check to see if this place is open to stay.

Large, clean, comfortable and safe apartment with beautiful views. The people on the complex were friendly. We could happily live here!!! Susana gave clear instructions and was responsive and helpful.

Traci and Doug were the most friendly, professional hosts we have ever rented from. We have rented vacation homes for years! This place was the cleanest, most adorable and cozy place ever! Cannot say enough about how comfortable the bed was! That is a big stipulation for me with Airbnb‘s. Cannot wait to rent one of their beautiful condos again in the future! The people in this community are absolutely wonderful! No one including the hosts made us feel anything but absolutely comfortable! If you’re considering a stay in a community like this, do it, but do it with Tracy and Doug you will be so happy you did! Thank you guys for being so awesome. Can’t wait to rent from you again!

We had a fantastic stay! The balcony was nice and relaxing along with the pool. The gate guard we had when we got there was very rude and did not assist in locating our unit. He actually sent us to the incorrect unit. Luckily the host was very responsive and helped get us to the correct location. Ate at a couple local restaurants and they were fantastic.

I was happy with the rental. Cozy space with everything I needed. The host gave clear instructions and made the check-in process easy. I liked the location and was very comfortable. Would book with this host again.
