Comfortable studio apartment near the park

A comfortable studio in a very good location. Right next to the tram stop, and at the back of the building, there is a pleasant Morskie Oko park. Everything you need is nearby: grocery stores, bakery, restaurants, bars, ATM, post office, drugstore, etc. Łazienki Królewskie is a 10-minute walk, and the Palace of Culture is 10 minutes by tram. Within a 150-meter radius, there are 3 Żabka shops, bakeries, a KETO confectionary, sushi, etc. The apartment has been recently renovated and equipped with necessary appliances, easy check in with smart lock.

The apartment has an entrance hall, room, bathroom, mini kitchen, warderobe and a terrace. Very comfortable for 1 - 4 people. There is an extra payment of 10 euro for the third and fourth person as well as for the second one that needs a separate bed. For a dog the additional fee is 20 pln per day.
