Holiday rentals with a patio in Parry Sound District

Chris was an amazing host! Greeted me with a home cooked meal since there was no hydro due to the ice storm. Chris made sure I had everything I needed to make my stay for work as comfortable as possible. I would not hesitate to return to this Airbnb. Thanks Chris!

What a place!! When she says a private backyard she means private ! What a peaceful beautiful place! I didn’t want to leave . I wish I could move here :) The place was even better than the photos show! The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve stayed in!! The vibe of the place was everything I could have hoped for and more ! What a nice neighborhood!

We had a fantastic time away at River Oasis. This place is well named and the perfect place to relax and unwind. Beautiful quiet surroundings right on the water, very clean and spacious, well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed and we really enjoyed using the kayaks. Joe and Melissa were excellent hosts. They were friendly and responded to communications quickly and clearly. Their place is a real gem and we wouldn't hesitate to return again!

We had a pleasant stay at Janet's place. Location was conveniently close to a number of restaurants, and winter activities that my kids enjoyed. There were a couple of issues that occurred while we were there (missing appliance and one of the showers not working), and Janet was quick to provide solutions to make our stay comfortable, and even offered us a late checkout.

We were very pleased with our accommodation. The location was good (5 minute walk to Deerhurst restaurants, 5 min drive to Huntsville). The place was very clean and matched the online description. Leah was very responsive and assisted quickly with all inquiries. Will likely return in the future.

Staying at Mine and Karen‘s place has been nothing short of amazing. The apartment is located in a peaceful setting and feels brand new, making you feel at home instantly. The host has been extremely accommodating and communicative as well. Thanks again for everything! So if you’re in the area, don’t hesitate!

Jason’s place was very comfortable, and quiet. His attention to small details was very much appreciated. Great bed, cotton sheets, lots of hangers, thick big bath towels, huge bath tub with lots of hot water, lavender soap, soft throw blankets, info on the area, Netflix and other options, full kitchen etc. and even a wonderful dog “Stella” to greet you!!!! Jason was friendly and responsive. Modern decor and well kept! A great place to stay when in Bracebridge!

This is a beautiful cottage overlooking a lake. It is well maintained, very clean and equipped with more than you would need on a holiday. Sandor was excellent with his communication, gave us all the information we needed and checked on us whilst we were there. We really enjoyed our stay and fully recommend the place.

The house was very clean, bright and cozy with all the amenities necessary for a great stay. Short distance to all the stores and restaurants, as well as two Provincial Parks. Would highly recommend this place to those visiting/exploring Huntsville.

Thank you Dulcie for the lovely stay, we especially enjoyed the peaceful and beautiful scenery surrounding the cottage. The cottage was modern, clean and had everything we needed. Dulcie was super friendly and responsive throughout our stay. Bonus for us was being able to kayak and canoe on the lake which seems to go on forever! Overall, definitely recommend a stay here for those who want to escape the city for a bit and be in nature.

Upon our first steps into Leah and Peter’s place we were all in awe due to how beautiful the space was. The kitchen was stunning and the house felting so welcoming. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

My girlfriend and I stayed here for two nights. Quiet and peaceful. Even though it’s located in a neighbourhood of cottages, it was still very private at this time of the year. The kitchen is well-stocked with spices, cooking oils, pots and pans. The view from the dock and the upper deck are beautiful, could stare out at the lake for hours. I’ll definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Absolutely stunning views in a nice, quiet, family oriented cottage location. Derek and Sandra were very nice, super friendly, and were so quick to respond to msgs when needed. The cottage was stocked with all basic essentials and was so clean and fresh. I would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at Paul's place! The waterfront location by the beach was ideal for our summer family vacation. The rooms were beautifully decorated, offering both comfort and style. A very friendly and responsive host. The instructions to get inside were clear and easy to follow. The host provided a list of amenities nearby of things to do.

A wonderful spot with every convenient considered! The espresso machine might have been the highlight of my trip. The beach is very nice and close. The king bed is a very firm spring mattress, so something to consider if that is important to you.

It was such a great experience staying at this place. Maja and Neno are great hosts - the instructions are clear and it’s easy to find the suite even when it’s dark. They also share local recommendations (there is puppy yoga!) :) the place is an amazing getaway from the busy and noisy city life. In clear days you can see so many stars in the sky from the porch. It’s also so close to Algonquin so I can totally imagine it being super busy during maple leaf seasons. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting this area. Quiet location overlooking a stunning lake which we managed to have a swim in (end of May) . Bed super comfy . Sofa bed ok . Car needed to get to restaurants etc but good cooking facilities as an option. Highly recommend a trip to Algonquin park and delighted to spot a moose !

Diana’s place was wonderful. I would 100% recommend and would stay there again very happily! It was peaceful, homey, and lovely. We stayed here with young children and it worked out great. 3 full bathrooms including two bath tubs, toiletries and towels were plentiful and very clean and everything seemed like new. The kitchen had everything we needed and much more. There was a beautiful fireplace in the main room which made the cold winter days and nights so cozy. We also loved the patio even on the cold days we were there it was so gorgeous to see it from outside. There is a mud room with benches upon entry for wet boots, coats, skates, skis etc and that was very helpful! Diana was communicative and friendly. I would 10/10 recommend! Thank you Diana for a wonderful stay and hope to come again soon!
