There are supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, restaurants, laundries, juices, and other stores a short walk away from the building, and beautiful Copacabana Beach is less than 5 minutes away. Cardeal ArcoVerde subway station is right in front of the building. There is also a bike rental point across the street! (hidden website) The apartment has been recently refurbished, all installations and furnishings are new and of extreme good taste.
