We had a great stay! The house was very clean, cozy, and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing break. Communication with the host was smooth, and we’d love to stay here again.

Billie’s place was wonderful and a great value. Always communicated and resolved any issue we had. Keep in mind this place and others our family stayed at in Brian Head have no elevators and lots of steps. We certainly stepped up to fitness real quick which I was glad to do. We had a beautiful view from the 3rd floor.

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at Luxury Downtown Getaway. The location was as easy as it gets for local restaurants, shopping, and access to expressways to visit the national parks. Our kids absolutely loved the putting green and the hot tub. The house ‘s open design is fantastic, allowing for us all having time together without being separated in different rooms while cooking and hanging out in the great room. The beds are comfortable, and the house is nice and quiet. Highly recommended!

What a perfect place for a large family reunion. It was even better than the photos. Our problem is always finding a place with enough bedrooms and beds-no problem here!! Plenty of space for grandkids to do their thing and adults to have their own space. Theater room was amazing and well used! Pool and hot tub were great. We loved it!!!

Very easy check in and Lynn was very easy to communicate with and get a hold of. Would stay here again.

We came to Cedar City for a wedding. The house was conveniently 5min away from the venue. It was very clean & comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

The house was very spacious. We didn't feel cramped with 6 adults and 2 children. The basement bedrooms were nice and cool at night. The pool table was very nice to play on.

The little house was the perfect place for my visit. The kitchen had everything I needed and the bed was comfortable.

Andrew’s place was great! He was very responsive. Christy was great too! She came over and shoveled the snow off the porch so she could bring out the deck chairs, grill, and fire pit. The house was one of the cleanest Airbnbs we’ve stayed in. If you decide to stay in and cook, there is plenty of cookware and dishes. Loved the Nespresso machine. The beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if I find myself back in Brian Head.

As a Potterhead, I was thrilled with the place. As a picky guest, I was still thrilled! Comfy beds, clean everything, and gorgeous master bath. The decor was super fun. My kiddos LOVED finding all the different potion labels and stuff from the movies. Would definitely recommend for a small family.

Ashley’s Airbnb was wonderful!!!! I can’t thank her enough. It was spotless inside and outside was so peaceful and beautiful. This was my first time in southern Utah and it won’t be the last. Ashley was very kind to me and my family and took the time to welcome us. Thank you so much for a lovely stay, my kiddos would have liked to stay longer!

We were in Town for a college graduation and Army Officer Commissioning. The home was perfect for our out of town family and friends. The home was comfortable and very pleasant to stay. Would highly recommend. The Hunsaker Family was friendly and very responsive. Thank you

The coffee bar and hot tub were a big hit! We felt very spoiled with the coffee bar they provided! The space was very clean and well taken care of. Skyler and Nicole were excellent hosts and quick to reply. It was great for our family of five and pup to stay. It was quiet and in flat, sage brush land. This place is probably at least 10 minutes away from a lot of stores and other amenities, so just take that into consideration when booking. Also, it is off a Highway so there aren’t a lot of roads or paths to walk around and explore directly from the house unless you are doing so on the highway.

Beautiful home. Recently remodeled and very modern. Nice finishes everywhere. The kitchen has basic cookware, but could use more utensils and mixing bowls, trays, etc. (we like to cook our meals when we travel). The beds were comfortable. The king bed in the master suite is especially nice. The entertainment center is very user friendly with a nice sectional sofa but was the only price of furniture in the living room. It was great for watching movies together with our family. The air-conditioning worked great and kept us very comfortable. The clean garage was spacious and it was very nice to park indoors on those hot days. Not much to speak of in the back yard, but I imagine that will come in time. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Heather was a great host.

We loved our stay at Merlin's place! It was clean, comfy, and in a very quiet semi-rural setting just outside of town - with great mountain views. The sunroom was wonderful morning and evening, and everything was so nicely decorated and provided for. Merlin is a wonderful host, easy to communicate with, and she also provided some local info and guidebooks which were very helpful to our plans. Go see the petroglyphs and dino tracks nearby if you have time! We loved the stay and hope to return.
