The spacious bedroom has a wide double bed, and there are fold-out armchair beds in both the bedroom and the living room. The apartment is suitable for two people (+ children) to stay comfortably. The kitchenette has a stove and oven with a microwave, a large fridge, a dishwasher and everything you need to cook and enjoy your food. There is a washing machine in the bathroom. Parking is free for guests. Parties are not allowed.

Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.

Modern holiday house on the shore of a waterhole with a sauna

This compact, all-comfort cottage is located on the shores of a small waterfront in Kuiaru, Pärnu county, by the road Pärnu-Rakvere-Sõmeru. Pärnu’s city line is a 15-minute drive away. The house is located on the same property as our family home, but it is still private and conveniently accessible. The nearest grocery stores and petrol station are located in Selja (4 min) and Sindi (9 min).
