Quiet area, bus stops around 900 m, big supermarket around 1 km. 3 km to the center and 3,5 km to the beach. No noises while there are concerts or festivals in town. Not suitable for the people who have allergy for pets. Me or my representative will meet you and explain all the details. Suitable to the families with a baby if you have your own babycot with you. A perfect day in the heart of Pärnu awaits you: A 2 minute walk in the morning to the local farmers' market to get some fresh pastries, a hot coffee and fresh fruits and vegetables. From there you can take a short walk to the beach meanwhile enjoying the busy streets of Pärnu - all this in just 10-15 minutes. When the evening comes you can discover Pärnu's old town during a walk and end your night at the apartment with a table football, a relaxing sauna and a good movie from Netflix.

This small one-room apartment with open kitchen is ideal choice for two people. It is located in the best place in Pärnu. City centre with its cafes and bars is just here, and sandy beach is a 15-minute walk through nice holiday area. Bus station is 10 minutes walk. A lovely park just behind the building! In the apartment there is well-equipped minikitchen, sofa bed (140 cm), Wi-Fi and desk for working. NB! Bathroom is very tiny and might be uncomfortable to use for bigger people.
