Modern vacation home on the shore of the water's eye with a steam sauna

This compact, all-comfort cottage is located on the shores of a small waterfront in Kuiaru, Pärnu county, by the road Pärnu-Rakvere-Sõmeru. Pärnu’s city line is a 15-minute drive away. The house is located on the same property as our family home, but it is still private and conveniently accessible. The nearest grocery stores and petrol station are located in Selja (4 min) and Sindi (9 min).

Our apartment is conveniently located close to everything the city of Pärnu has to offer, whether it is the beach or the cafes or the spas. There is a fully equipped kitchen (with coffee machine, fridge, stove and dishwasher), comfortable bed, TV, table for dining and a spacious balcony. While the apartment is centrally located the building is on a quiet street.
