Great house, nice pool. We feel right at home, the home is in a great neighborhood. You can see the lake from the front yard which is a plus!Love the open concept of the home. Great host, can’t wait to come back.

We can’t wait to come back! Michele was very accommodating by allowing an early check in and was very friendly and responsive throughout our stay. The home is beautiful, clean and great for a weekend getaway! The boat parking made our stay convenient and the pool and spa were the perfect way to close out the days! Thank you for a great stay!

First off I just have to state that I knew nothing about Lake Havasu. I only before heard its name in movies and television. It was an impromptu stop on a cross country road trip and Lake Havasu is what makes road trips worthwhile. And I have to admit a strong reason for that statement was this amazing home. This is the type of home my friends and I hope for when we visit the Gulf coast beaches. Land & Shore’s home has everything needed to host, AND ENTERTAIN, any type of group. Just mere minutes away from every shop, and restaurant, a person could want but just removed far away enough to avoid the hustle & bustle traffic. Already plotting a return trip with friends/future fans. If we weren’t on a strict travel schedule we definitely would have stayed longer at this home.

Kyle’s house was amazingly perfect in way! Beautiful home, extremely clean and everything we needed! Only downside it’s so great it’s always booked! We are looking forward to our next stay!

James was very responsive and also let us check in early, we had an amazing time hanging by the pool. Everything was clean and neat our pups loved the yard so they could Rome around while we sitting by the pool. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook a meal. Stayed here for a bachelorette party weekend with the girls! Air BnB comfortably fit all 9 of us and we were able to save money by spending a lot of time on the property. The lake was beautiful, the local restaraunts and bars were… not so beautiful, very basic fried bar food, MAGA central, but fortunately we were able to avoid those kinds of people and spend most of our time at the Air BnB.

Friendly hosts with a beautiful house. Kids loved the pool everyday/night for our 3 day stay. Room accommodations had plenty of beds for everyone to sleep comfortably. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place one of the best places I’ve stayed in Havasu for a great price!

House was the perfect location in the keys and across the street from circle k. Had plenty of parking. The house comfortably fit our large group with enough bedrooms and enough bathrooms. Steve was communicative and the house was very nice and clean. 100% plan to stay here my next trip to Parker

What a great location ! After frying on the boat on Lake Havasu all day ... returning to Big River at dusk was so refreshing and peaceful. The house is pretty and air conditioning fantastic. My favorite was the wild life. So entertaining to seat outside and watch nature be itself without us. Thank you guys. We loved it and for sure will be back.

This location is perfect. Walking distance to road runner! The kids loved the big grassy lawn and beach to play. Had everything we needed for meals. Lots of clean towels. It was a very spacious layout and fit us all perfectly. Hope to come back again for another great friends trip with the kids.

2nd stay was as great as the first. They are very responsive and attended to anything that came up. Will continue to stay there during my trips back.

This house is amazing and priced well for being in keys. It is in a great location we booked kinda last minute and everything was ready for us when we arrived and Maria communicated very well to make sure we had a smooth check in. I had to download an app to access the door that she had to walk me through but once figured out it made the check in simple. We would definitely love to stay in this keys house again for a stay in Parker.

An Exceptional Stay! This Airbnb was the most beautiful and welcoming place we’ve ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. Everything was immaculate, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with every detail to make our stay absolutely fantastic. The interior was spotless and perfectly arranged, creating a cozy and serene atmosphere. The rooftop access offered breathtaking views, such a quiet and peaceful retreat! The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always available to ensure we had a wonderful experience. We feel so blessed to have spent a month here, and we’ll definitely return whenever we’re in Lake Havasu. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable!

Stayed at Vivian's for a Dad/Daughter river trip. The bottom floor was amazing and 8 girls comfortably slept in one room. It could've handled more. Comfortable beds upstairs for the dads. Great kitchen to feed the crew and a huge dock to park the boat. Amazing place.

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Linda! The pool area, including all of the loungers, umbrellas and fountains, has a very resort like feel! The property is close to everything, and the house instruction manual explains everything you need to know. We also enjoyed having the sound system inside the house and while we were enjoying our time by the pool. Highly recommend!

The RV garage with bathroom, commercial ice machine, and swamp cooler was awesome!! It made loading the coolers in the morning and cleaning the boat after a long day on the lake super convenient and comfortable! This is an east/west-facing house, so the backyard is hot in the afternoon. The A/C and blinds in the house do a great job of keeping the house cool despite the afternoon sun. Overall, the house is as described, nicely decorated, very well-appointed, and quite comfortable.

We had a great stay at Havasu Lux for a guy's weekend trip. Everyone commented that the house really made the weekend because we felt like we didn't need to leave the house at night to have a good time. The host was very responsive when we had questions. We will definitely consider a return trip in the future!

Rita was a super host! She had the place all ready when I got there with the AC on to a comfortable temperature. Parker is a fun town and this was a great place to stay. She was very quick to respond to questions and was helpful. The check-in/check-out procedures were very easy to follow. I would definitely stay here again when back in Parker.

Impeccably clean, well stocked with necessities- kitchen fully stocked, bathrooms- did I mention the cleanliness😊 the pantry made my heart soar! I have to mention the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Plenty of comfy soft linens, towels- felt like home when walked in. Pictures are exactly what the home looks like. Beautiful pool, comfy couch-I would rate this place a solid 10. I could go on and on - stunning. absolutely a beautiful home, plenty of space for all 8 of us….definitely will stay again and I would highly recommend this home to others. There was an issue with the internet - texted Sean and within minutes he was able to diagnose the problem (power outage) and talked us through getting back online- extremely responsive and courteous.

This is our third time staying at Julias place. We absolutely love it and the boat ramp is so convenient!!! And the golf cart of course. We are looking forward to our next stay at Julias place. Thanks again Julia!!!

The house was exactly as described and absolutely beautiful! We couldn’t have asked for a better place or hosts. Matt and Lisa were always responsive and helpful telling us about the area. Absolutely recommend this home for anyone going to Lake Havasu!
