House on the Hill.

The house is located on a plot of 800 square meters. It's a modern design house, very spacious, bright and comfortable. Located in a residential area (Urbanización Fontpineda) at the top of a small hill 10' from the village of Pallejá which is 20 km from Barcelona. It is preferable to have a private car. Pallejá has a public train and bus transport service to Bcn. There is a bus that communicates with Pallejà approximately every hour. And less frequently during the weekend.
