Holiday rentals with a patio in Park Forest

Tiffany was friendly host and made sure to communicate with us to make our stay enjoyable. The place walkable distance to public transit and the neighborhood was safe enough to walk at night. It was clean and as pictured, there was coffee, utensils, plates, etc if you needed prepare food.

This listing is exactly like the pictures, no frills but comfortable and at a great price. We had family living close by so the location was perfect, will stay again. Thank you!

Jim was a fantastic host. Very responsive and timely in his communications and support for our needs during our stay in their place. Their home was comfortable and well appointed with additional amenities you don't often see in AirBnB spaces, like N'espresso appliances and supplies. We would definitely consider repeat visits! 5 star for sure! This place is a hidden gem, its so clean and has so many little extras to make you feel at home. I found seasoning to cook with,.coffee, tea, cream and sugar..and even a couple of pods for laundry. All of that plus an easy check-in, great parking space in the back (which you will need since street parking can be dicey) and the friendly neighbors made my stay wonderful. I stayed 7 nights and it is quiet at night so I felt very safe and got a good nights rest each night. I will definitely book again!!!

He was available without delay and really seemed like a kind person. The location is wonderful whether you're looking for safe and simple stay or a trip into city. Highly recommend!

Spacious apartment with fun extras (puzzle, yoga mat, etc.)! It was easy-to-find and well-stocked with supplies, including thoughtful items for our use. It was clean and comfortable; we didn't use the kitchen at all as it was a very quick stay. The hosts are cognizant of the noise from the train and highway, and provide earplugs, sound machines, blackout shades, a fan, etc., to help ensure guests can sleep well. The local recommendations were great. Downtown Oak Park is about a 10-minute drive; we appreciated the ability to walk 5 minutes to a nice café or restaurant.

Only got to stay one night but it was a great hidden gem right outside the city! Needed a break from all the hustle and bustle. Had everything I needed, and the bed was so cozy! Christine and Dan always responded to me very quickly. Would stay again!

Serg is an amazing host and his team for maintenance was extremely responsive. The area was close to Chicago and clearly undergoing gentrification but across the street from a firehouse which surprisingly was not loud at night or during the day. Great rooftop views and the apartment itself was spotless and magnificent. While not many high end restaurants due to being 5 minutes outside of the city. Great stay and great value.

Dustin was very accommodating during our stay. I didn't realize I booked the wrong days for our stay, but Dustin worked with on the departure. He even offered us other options at his other properties to keep us in the area. He was very understanding and very friendly. We would definitely stay at another property of his.

Our stay was great! Hosts were amazing- provided very detailed instructions on check-in, access codes and check-out. They even left us welcomes gifts - for the humans and our pups! House was well stocked making our week stay seemless. Fenced front yard was perfect for our pups to be able to vacation with us. The view/location is awesoem.

We were 4 adult and 1 dog and we stayed at Matthew's place, everything went smooth and easy to feel at home, parking spot and great location of the house make us everything easier, it was so fast to get to the downtonw in lees than 20 minutes. Matthew was always responsive to all our questions, I definitely will search for this place to sray on my next trip to chicago.

The is a fantastic Airbnb with details geared for families. We came to town for a wedding at the Jacob Henry Mansion which is located less than 10 minutes away from the home. Neighborhood was peaceful and the house was very cute and clean. We had some special requests and the hosts were wonderfully accommodating, responsive and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again. Bart’s place was pristine. What we found was a clean, cozy and a warm beautiful space. Bart was responsive and accommodating. We were able to check in a little early and check out a little later. The location was ideal for us. The kitchen was fully equipped and the bathrooms too. We loved the backyard. We will definitely stay here again when coming to visit family and friends in Chicago.

Nice place tucked into a quiet, safe neighborhood. Backyard was outstanding. (We wish the weather had cooperated so we could have spent more time outside) One level home with comfy beds and furniture throughout. Kitchen was spacious and clean. Plenty of extra towels and blankets.

When we were first looking for a place to stay, none of the available AirB&Bs looked great. A week later, we looked again, and suddenly Julia's place popped up. It was so much better looking, and with a fairer price, than any others I could find in the list. A two-bedroom that is a *real* two-bedroom, for the price that others were charging for a pull-out bed in the living room. It was just as beautiful in-person. We felt immediately at-home and comfortable. I'm someone who has insomnia, especially while traveling, but there, I had no problem sleeping somehow. Also, it truly is a short walk to the Blue Line, or even a just few steps from the 77 bus route, which goes to the Blue Line, or all the way right into downtown Chicago.

My family and I were in town for my nephew's graduation, and Marika's home was truly beautiful, so inviting, and comfortable. She definitely paid attention to details that made the stay even more cozy. Beautiful property, and well appointed! Easy lovely, 10 minute walk to town, also. We look forward to staying there again when in Geneva 😊

We enjoyed a week of comfortable stay at Matt’s place! We were a family of 5 people and had enough space for everyone! We came for my daughter’s wedding and it was great to have lots of things/amenities that helped us prepare for the wedding! Garage spot was helpful! Backyard peaceful and we spent some time relaxing on the deck! Adorable cozy duplex with everything you need for the relaxed and comfortable stay! Matt was respectful, helpful and very responsive! Area is great as well! Thank you so much!!

Easy check in and close to LUC which is what we needed. Clean and comfortable. Bonus that it included parking.

Everything went well. Place was very nice and the host was very responsive when I needed help and accommodative as well. Highly recommend if needed a place near downtown.

John's place is great, just as described. Very clean and location is perfect (across the street from Pequod's). Check in/out was easy and communication was good.

One of my favorite Aibnbs of all time. The location is FUN - right in the center of the action in Northalsted. The space itself is beautiful and clean. The bedrooms are spacious, and the kitchen is well equipped. Allan was awesome and left us a bottle of prosecco to welcome us. Best part of the house is the huge covered front balcony - a front row seat to the joyous crowds, especially on the weekend. We saw a concert, walked to a Cubs game, spoiled the kids on Michigan Ave - and everyone agreed the balcony was our fave part of the trip. The rear deck is icing on the cake. We were in town so our kids could go to a concert and they also loved the area. If you're sensitive to noise, bring earplugs - all the action brings a bit of music - but really it's a steady din so super easy to tune out at bedtime. We love this place and can't wait to come back!
