New house in the Sonho Verde II Closed Condominium, with 24-hour security, 150 meters from the sea, on the beach access road, 50 meters from the entrance. There are 5 en-suites and 2 restrooms. Air-conditioning and television in all bedrooms and a hairdryer in the bathrooms. New furniture, well equipped, with full kitchen and all necessary utensils. We have bed, table and bath linens. Beach chairs, cooler and sun umbrella. Gourmet space, swimming pool. Ocean view from the upper balcony. Great to sit and enjoy.
