The host was very kind and responsive. The apartman was nice - there were glass panes of talirky in the kitchen,.. there was everything we needed. The location was quiet and suitable for various trips and tours - all within walking distance. We had a great stay. The accommodation and the next checkout went smoothly, we had all the necessary information about what and how and everything went smoothly.

We stayed at this place for a week and were super satisfied from start to finish. Lenka always responded to messages quickly and was able to solve problems quickly. The house was very clean and had everything you needed. We can only recommend it and would come back again and again.

We are two friendly couples with one small child each and spent a long weekend in Lenka's apartment. The stay was great. A breathtaking view, entrance to the apartment is RIGHT on the large central market square of Hradec Kralove. The car can either be parked in the marketplace or - as in our case, as the weekend took place over an event - in a large underground car park nearby. The kitchen had a lot of accessories and enough dishes for the six of us. The separate bedroom has a huge wardrobe – dear Lenka, if you plan to rent out the apartment for many more years, would it be worth it to install a second bathroom here? We may come back sometime. We really liked the small town. Thank you Lenka.

We had an absolutely amazing stay in this wonderful house and I can't but recommend! The place is spacious, stylishly decorated and very comfortable. Everything was perfectly clean, modern and fully equipped – from the kitchen to the bathrooms. The house is located in a quiet location, which gave us the utmost privacy and relaxation. The host was very welcoming, accommodating, and willing to provide any information or help. The garden and surroundings of the house are really beautiful. Overall great experience, we'd love to come back!

Unique place! Perfect for people who want to take a break from any sound. Peace and quiet. Fairy-tale views. We were greeted by deer, and we also saw hares or ducks from animals near the cottage. There is everything you need in the cottage.

This AirBnB was the way it was! We wanted to spend some time offline and a bit out of the way, but we liked spending it with wellness and in a cozy environment. Jane's house has all that. It is built and furnished with so much love for detail and the garden house is simply a dream. In short, it leaves nothing to be desired. Jane is also super sweet and even greeted us with a bottle of wine. We can only recommend this AirBnB to anyone looking for peace and relaxation and would also love to come back ourselves. Great homestay, no hustle and bustle. Great for families with children or couples. Great location for hikes right from the gate of the property. The place had everything you need for your stay. Thanks again for the stay!
