The cottage has 2 bedrooms of 15m², a large, fully equipped living room/kitchen and a veranda. You will also enjoy a pleasant, south-facing outdoor area with a shaded terrace, a green space, children's games and parking spaces.

Vous y accédez par un charmant sentier piétonnier de 50 mètres et bénéficiez d'une magnifique vue sur la vallée. Sa terrasse extérieure couverte de 19 m² possède un SPA entièrement privatisé. In winter, you can enjoy quick access to the Pelvoux ski resort by road or the Puy-Saint-Vincent ski resort (15 min) by car or bus.

Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.

Small wooden chalet in the mountains

Everything is there, but you have to go: Warning access: Narrow 4 km mountain dirt road accessible with a rugged vehicle (highly recommended). We do not recommend climbing in new and/or low-body vehicles. Altitude 1650 meters. From the beginning of December to the end of March, due to snow, the climb is only done by hiking, about 45 minutes. Four golf holes (pitch and putt), clubs and balls are at your disposal.
