I stayed with my two children and nanny, the apartment is spacious, comfortable, in a very nice block, quiet and with supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, gyms nearby. We had everything we needed in the apartment and Elcio answered me promptly when I needed to. I highly recommend it.

FANTASTIC! Best word to describe it. Starting with the attention and kindness of Raphael, who showed me everything in detail. The place is simply amazing. As cliché as it may seem to say this, I literally felt at home. The space is very cozy, beautiful, clean, new furniture, full kitchen, I didn't miss anything. The towels and bed linen were impeccable, with a wonderful scent. Excellent shower, great mirrors, everything very well lit. The workbench was very useful for my work when I was in the home office. Excellent internet, powerful air conditioning, not to mention that the location is perfect, it has everything nearby. Raphael's place has become my home in Brasilia from now on, hehehe... 😜

Very clean and modern house. Spacious rooms with wide doors. Large kitchen. House in a quiet condominium. Great for a family reunion. Solene was very cordial, always available and promptly assisted us whenever necessary.

The casarão's proposal for me was achieved... Maybe it needs a renovation... But my family was very satisfied! I thought there would be a need for air conditioning, but there was no need, the climate was super pleasant. We feel very comfortable.... There is a very large space that makes it possible to have a reception, I think it easily houses 100 people, it has a barbecue, stove and other equipment....

Our stay was wonderful. It met our need very well, as we came for a Training Course at ANP and the location is strategic. We divided the 2 bedrooms between 4 people, with 2 in the suite and 2 using the social bathroom, which is in the service area. The house is quite airy and pleasant, dispensing with the need for a fan or air conditioning. The luxury of the house is that the environments are huge for the reality of the Pilot Plan. The TV has all possible channels. The internet signal is a little weak and sometimes it didn't work for video calls. Dona Elza is a phenomenal host, always ready to welcome us and provide information. She welcomed everyone very well, including inviting for meals. Your house is under the accommodation, where we climb the staircase to our home. The cost-benefit and amenities, for us who shared the rent and didn't have much luxury was excellent, could not have been better. I highly recommend it for similar purposes and needs.

I really enjoyed the stay during these days, the apartment was all organized and clean when we arrived, the condominium was very organized and beautiful. We don't take much advantage of the leisure area, but it's very quiet. Great host, always responded quickly.

Exceptional apartment, location and host. The only suggestion would be regarding the bathroom that can be accessed by the two bedrooms. It may allow entry for only one of the rooms.

It's good, because it makes it easier for those who want to take the subway. But the subway starts operating at 5 am and ends at 11 pm. For those who don't sleep with noise, it's bad. But I always carry earplugs. So, I had great nights of sleep. I thank you very much for the hospitality. Safe, clean, beautiful and well located place. There's just this issue of the subway noise.

Access although very secure is quite agile and easy. The apartment is impeccable, both in cleaning and in functionality and comfort. The electronic lock makes it easy to check in and check out. The surroundings of the condominium are not very inviting, but it is very close to the south piston, the Catholic University and Águas Claras. Who goes by car must request the registration of the vehicle by 5:00 pm on the day of check in, as we booked after this time for the same day we were unable to enter the vehicle in the condominium. Ordinarily people book more in advance, but if the case is the same as our tip. Despite this, we consider it an excellent choice, we were extremely satisfied, both myself and my wife, and our 3-year-old daughters and the 10-month-old.
