My family of six stayed at the villa for one week. The villa management was quick to respond and the villa was well-cleaned and maintained. We especially enjoyed the small, heated pool. The villa is located in a relatively new and quiet area of Kota Baru Parahyangan and we appreciated being slightly away from the busyness of IKEA and Bumi Hejo. I recommend their villa!

Mr. Ivan's house is very comfortable, clean and homey. All the appliances work great. The facilities provided at home are also quite complete, starting from the iron and washing machine provided. The check-in process is also very easy, Mr. Ivan is very responsive host. There are four rooms and all the rooms have air conditioning. Bathrooms are also provided with warm water. The house is also very aesthetic😍 has a very nice back garden. The location of the house is also near various attractions (ikea, wahoo, Bumi hejo etc). Many restaurants also around the house. We”ll back for sure!

From our collection at the airport and drop off again, our stay was 5* From our hosts to the staff they couldn't do enough to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Nothing we asked was to much. From breakfast , lunch to dinner food was made and brought to our villa or wherever we would like to enjoy it at the multiple picnic spots. Fresh fruit and juice always accompanied our meals. Our accommodation was serviced everyday with clean bedding and towels twice a week. For our elderly mother they went out of their way to take her by car to and from the pool which was only a few meters away. Arranging day trips was no problem for Regatha and she went with us a few times to make sure we relax and just enjoy our time. Going to town even the driver was arranged without problems and as with everyone always friendly. If you need a relaxing, do nothing and spoiled holiday this is it. We can only say thank you to Regatha, Michael and all their staff as this was a unforgettable holiday.

Clean, Complete and as described. The admin and villa guards ( kang usman ) are very responsive and very helpful. Wifi is good and sound system is good. So far it's so good at an affordable villa price. There is a complete warung near the villa. Minus only the track is the narrow road so when it comes to the opposite direction it's a bit of a hassle. The hot water doesn't work.

Great place for those who are seeking a home for two rooms. It is a very secure area, so only residential are only allowed to enter here. Minor problems about this place, the water pressure isn't very good, so taking a shower was a pain. But other than that, the place is close to the mall, Masjid al-Jabbar, and Whoosh Kereta Cepat (Bullet train) station.
