This property is shared with my home in the front and a separate private entrance and parking in the back. There is a large room with a king size bed, sofa, large screen tv, kitchenette and table. if you would prefer, go outside on the porch and enjoy the views of Camelback Mountain

We are within walking distance of Paradise Valley Mall’s shops & restaurants. Costco and Wal-Mart are approximately a half-mile away. Starbucks, In-N-Out, & The Mexicano are nearby restaurants. We are a 10-15 min drive to Old Town & 5-10 min to Kierland Commons; PHX airport is 20 min away. The house has 5 bedrooms and 3 baths in a rambler style. The home features a heated pool (NO extra charge) in our expansive backyard, an arcade room, and 2 ensuite masters.

Completely private detached one bedroom one bathroom in heart of Paradise Valley and Scottsdale area. Very private with private splash(shallow lounge) pool, it’s small but totally yours. Pickleball court acess to hiking trails. Granite and marble countertops, full kitchen. Large shared backyard with pickle-ball and basketball courts. Reviews say it all. To book guests must have previous positive reviews. Smart TV but no cable provided.
