Centered in the Conejo (Rabbit) Valley, this Thousand Oaks neighborhood studio provides a tranquil stay close to both city and nature. Its sunny interior, rich textures, and natural materials, are an ode to the Golden State and it’s local Chumash tribe. High ceilings, sliding glass doors, stocked kitchenette, walk-in closet, 55” TV and private patio make this place feel like home. Burrow into the luxurious bedding on a quality mattress and close the blackout blinds for a night of deep sleep.

Surrounded by trees and flowers this totally private studio is roomy, light and airy. A king size bed plus a sleeper couch offer restful sleep for 2 adults and one child. There is plenty room to comfortably add a bed for a 2nd child. (We did it several times around Christmas) We are off of a private road it feels like a trip to a European countryside. Still we are just a short drive from businesses, mall, dining, theaters and near hiking, biking and riding trails and beaches. Private bath.

There are Tesla superchargers and EV charging stations 5-7 min driving distances.

Our place is close to Malibu, Camarillo Outlets, Ronald Reagan Library, Amgen, Hiking, Ventura, Parks, 25mins from various Beaches, Halfway point between Los Angeles and Santa Barbara, 40mins or so to Los Angeles/Hollywood and 1hr drive to Santa Barbara. You’ll love it because of the quiet neighborhood, a private suite and space all to yourself. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, & business travelers. *Heater and A/C inside unit.

The Garden Suite-Private 500 sq.ft

Our guest suite is on the ground floor of an upgraded, renovated, and well maintained 2 story home originally built in 1968. Amenities include: keyless private entrance , 10'x11' bedroom with queen size bed, private bathroom, private living room with large sectional sofa, YouTubeTV, Wi-Fi, shared laundry facilities (7 day stay and up), shared kitchen, Central Heating and Air Conditioning (Host control: 69-72 F), street parking, and a work desk.

The Cottage — Retreat for two.

Enjoy this roomy studio set up with everything you need to make your stay great. Whether you’re just passing through or visiting for awhile, this is a perfect place to rest your head. Our studio is nestled in our backyard. While it is attached to our house, it is separate & private. Please expect to hear our kids playing.
