Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Paphos

The most stunning villa, we enjoyed everything here, the views the peace the sunsets. Our host was Caring and kind. We will defiantly be back. Truely magical

We had a very peaceful and quiet winter weekend! It was very cozy and Pavlos had instructions about everything from the check-in to how to use the amenities inside, which was really helpful! He was very responsive as well. Loved the place and it was pretty much accurate with the photos! Lovely experience.

A lovely villa but just a little way away from coral bay. If you don’t have a car you’ll need be constantly be getting cabs but the villa was lovely and I don’t have a bad word to say about it. Air con throughout, lovely and modern. My wife got ready there for the wedding and she had no complaints. Even stood the test of an earthquake, so that’s always good. But all in all. A lovely villa, could easily stay there for an entire holiday, just need a car. Would recommend it to friends but maybe needs an ironing broad.

We had a great time. The team were very helpful throughout the trip. The house was very clean and a great location leading straight onto the beach.

Close to the beach and the board walk. Excellent pool and grounds. Will be back.

Wir waren mit unserer fünfjährigen Tochter in diesem schönen Apartment. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr geschmackvoll, und die Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns auch die Musikinstrumente. Elad und Sinai waren auch sehr entgegenkommend mit dem Check out- da mein Lebensgefährte erkrankte, durften wir etwas später auschecken. Es ist eine sehr ruhige Anlage, wir waren die einzigen am Pool, von den Nachbarn haben wir wenig mitbekommen. Alles in allem waren wir wirklich begeistert und können diese Unterkunft empfehlen.

This villa was outstanding in every way! The pictures do not do it justice! It has the most breathtaking views from every angle and from every bedroom. The beautiful garden has direct beach access, has a clean, big pool, comfortable and spacious garden furniture and all amenities for the family too.. The villa is extremely clean, modern and tastefully furnished as well as being well equipped and maintained. Villa jolo is perfectly situated in a quiet , peaceful road right by latchi but a 5 minute walk to local shops and restaurants. The host was responsive and friendly and made us feel right at home. We absolutely loved our stay in villa jolo and can’t wait to re visit this jem villa in Latchi! Thank you once again to our host!

I'd highly recommend this villa and Catherine as a brilliant host. The villa is beautifully furnished and has everything you'd need for your stay (and more - including blender and orange juicer!). Two fridge freezers and all the utensils/pans/glasses/plates you'd ever need. It's spacious and light and the beds are super comfortable. The view is absolutely stunning - it has to be seen to be believed. It's very quiet and peaceful and only a short drive down to the restaurants, cafes and shops. The pool was fantastic and great to have the sun loungers too. Catherine couldn't have been more helpful in the lead up to our stay and while we were there. She went out of her way to make sure everything was just right for us. You won't regret staying here, I can't recommend it enough.

Le cadre est superbe et reposant (surtout dans la piscine :) ) Aucune nuisance de jour comme de nuit. L'appartement est vraiment très propre. Les hotes sont accueillants et chaleureux. Un grand merci à eux, on se sent comme à la maison! futurs voyageurs, vous pouvez reserver sans hésitation !!

Beautiful accommodation in a perfect setting- wonderful spacious sun terrace with amazing views - extremely comfortable beds -hot shower always -well equipped kitchen, plenty towels - great air con Mellittas home is well cared for and in a very peaceful setting with great access to the beach for swimming and also in a great position for a stroll/ run into Polis or a coffee/meal at Latchi harbour we also hired cycles and the local area is very accessible We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here & highly recommend the apartment We also had our daughter and partner stay with our granddaughter for a week and plenty of living space for us all Altogether a wonderful stay at this beautiful accommodation thank you Melitta

l'appartement de Vanos et Fanie est très bien et propre avec tout le nécessaire,et correspond bien à la description .La piscine est un plus.Nous le recommandons sans hésiter et nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Les hôtes sont prevenants.Nous avons apprécié ce séjour diversifié avec visites de beaux sites antiques, villages,belles plages.

Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal in der Unterkunft und fühlten uns auch dieses mal wieder sehr wohl. Die Lage ist super, sehr ruhig und nur 5 min mit dem Auto vom Strand entfernt. Das Café Koullas ist ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen. Die Tatsache, dass man in der Unterkunft ganz viele Früchte vom Baum essen kann, ist ein weiterer Pluspunkt. Vielen Dank und bis zum nächsten Mal!

One word : Excellent ! Farhad is an AMAZING host, he has been very accessible, kind and reactive. He gave us precious tips and advices for our first steps in Cyprus. The appartement was clean, calm, everything was fine and in line with the description. The appartement was big enough to feel at ease. I couldn’t find better first place on the island for this price. Thank you very much for your hospitality Farhad !

The view from the private balcony was 10 stars, just like the photos. Also, it’s an end unit with no neighbor on one side, which is nice. The rest of the unit really is more like 4 stars with many items being a bit worn and not in great condition, but I rented this studio for the view so 5 stars it is! I do wish I had known in advance that this is a “self-catered” apartment, so you’re on your own for cleaning supplies, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. This was not in the listing or house manual unfortunately. The town of Peyia is quaint and lovely and a great escape from the more touristy part of Coral Bay and Paphos. There are many excellent restaurants and there is an absolutely stellar bakery next to the Brewery Bar that will easily offset all the hill walking you will do if you don’t hire a car. I also recommend Kurtis should you need a reliable airport transfer. Christian could not have been a better host!

Very comfortable and stylish studio with good view. Clean, convenient parking spot right in front of the apartment, very well equipped kitchen. Had a great stay
