Holiday rentals with beach access in Paparā

Marc was very hospitable and even provided us with some swimming goggles when we asked him. Very nice location, next to ice cream shop and beautiful sunset from a little beach a few steps away.

Jean-Pierre is extremely responsive and friendly and helpful. The apartment is very clean and beautifully appointed. Jean-Pierre was OK with us checking in early because our flight landed at 5:30 am! He even left some food for us which was extremely helpful when we arrived so early before even the stores opened. He came the day of to meet us and show the apartment and answer the questions we had. The hotel was extremely peaceful during our stay. No loud music. Well-behaved children:) very serene settings. We walked the beach and watched the sunset every morning. Champion supermarket is 5 minutes away and is the bank and gas station. Very central location to many places. Hotel is quiet. We only heard the roosters in the morning. Cannot recommend this stay enough!!!!

The settings and the grounds where very peaceful and charming. The staff were very friendly and owner was very hospitable. Kayaks and snorkeling equipment were available. The breakfast was great and more than enough for us. The location was very nice, and having the grocery store right next door was a lot of help. My daughter really liked the friendly dog on the premise and she would like to visit again. I would highly recommend the place.

White Plage was absolutely gorgeous. Garden, pool, some excellent snorkeling with provided equipment. This is one of our favorite Airbnbs ever! The place itself was immaculate, well designed, with some premium modern touches, we weren’t expecting for an island location. Sergio was very kind, helpful, and responsive.

Amazing! The place is incredible and the lagoon is gorgeous! The big hotels in Tahiti don’t have this privileged position. Amazing to be able to wake up, grab the SUP, and go explore the lagoon all day. Also, the hosts are REALLY nice and very helpful! They recommended me good places, they booked us tours, they were very very helpful all the time.

We really enjoyed the great view from the apartment! Waking up each day seeing the ocean was a special treat. Quiet and peaceful stay. We really appreciated the gated parking and being within walking distances to stores and restaurants.

We had a lovely time at this beautiful gem! It was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. The beach isn't a great swimming spot, but we appreciated having the use of the kayaks! You definitely need a car to get to restaurants and beaches, but I can't imagine visiting Mo'orea without a vehicle anyway. Aurélie was very accommodating and responsive and she made sure we were comfortable in the apartment and gave us some excellent local recommendations. A wonderful stay!

My family of 4 stayed here for a week. Tevai was a great host. The place was comfortable. The pool was really nice. The check in and check out was easy. Would stay again.

5 Stars – A True Paradise! We had the most unforgettable stay at this incredible home in Moorea! The house is perfectly situated on the most beautiful beach we've ever seen—crystal-clear water, soft white sand, and the kind of sunsets you only dream about. It felt like our own private slice of paradise. The home itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. But what truly made the experience stand out were the hosts. They were incredibly gracious, warm, and helpful—from the moment we arrived until the day we left. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and shared so many great local tips. We can’t recommend this place highly enough. If you’re coming to Moorea, this is the place to stay. We’re already dreaming about coming back!

We had a great stay at this little bungalow, despite the fact that it rained frequently and we didn’t have a car or motorbike. Maire, the neighbor who acts as the agent for the property, was always helpful and checked in regularly to make sure we were okay. The best part about the stay was getting to know the neighborhood. Because we walked a lot, to the little store and to the snack place across the street from it, we got to interact with the kind local people. One couple even stopped their car —twice! — to give us rides. The bungalow itself is comfortable, with a spacious bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, and a washing machine. There are a couple of fans. A nice covered lanai has table and chairs and loungers. Overall it was definitely good value for money! WiFi meh The waterfront just below the bungalow is beautiful. We didn’t go swimming because of the bad weather but someone staying in another bungalow did. You’d need water shoes to wade across a little muddy area.

Our stay here in Moorea could not have been better! The beauty of the location was beyond our expectations. We loved waking up and walking out our back door and out ino the warm water seeing rays and black tipped sharks. The kayaks were a fun workouts. The bed was so comfortable and the A/C worked well and kept us cool. We already miss our Moorea home away from home. Joy was helpful, from the first question after I booked until the day we left. Please note that the A/C is only in the bedrooms and the only TV is upstairs in a room without A/C. I didn't realize at the time of booking but now I'm glad because we loved our stay. I whole heartedly recommend staying here.

We were tremendously welcomed by Chris and his partner. The accommodation is spacious and comfortable with a very nice view. Chris and his partner are adorable and responsive, full of kindness and attention. We would highly recommend it.

Gilles is a very gracious host, and his place sits on a piece of Heaven! We loved getting to hop in the kayaks and paddle out to the clear aquamarine water and see the (nonaggressive) reef sharks and rays. Amazing! We kayaked all day. The porch is wonderful right on the water. Accommodations are as described - don’t forget your soap and shampoo. Nice touch is the ceiling fan, which helped cool us off at night. Lovely communing with gorgeous nature. My husband and I recommend highly!

This is a dream location. Our family of four enjoyed peaceful mornings on the lagoon and snorkeling as easy as can be. The visibility wasn't always great but we still saw rays, fish, and an octopus. There was a storm (Feb) but we still enjoyed playing games in the house. The location is very convenient (short drive) to restaurants and groceries. There were 2 single kayaks to use (would have been perfect with 4). The only negatives were that we didn't hear a response where to put the trash so just guessed (no biggie), and when checking out, they came early for the inspection and put all the outdoor furniture inside the small living space while we were still trying to pack up and clean. We would still visit again - you are as close to the water as can be! (besides being on an overwater bungalow).

This was a great stay! We loved the traditional Tahitian style home with open air to hear all of the waves crashing. The netting on the beds worked wonderfully to keep any insects at bay. Expect to see a gecko here and there on the walls. The path leading to the house is a gorgeous walk with beautiful flowers. We loved the lookout for coffee and sunset views.

Location and host were great. The common area had a great view of the water and the neighbors were very friendly. Easy snorkeling and access to the water right there outside of the gate. The first morning there we ate breakfast watching sharks and turtles go by. The evenings had a nice breeze. So that combined with fans in the room made for a comfortable night in. The road to get to it is off the main highway and unpaved and can be bumpy and muddy. Would definitely stay with Mrs Tamara again!

Eric’s place was a wonderful way to end our trip. His place was perfect and had everything we needed. The location was incredible because it is adjacent to a beautiful black beach, quickly accessible through the Tahitian Pearl hotel. It was extremely convenient to walk outside onto hotel property and have a drink and appetizers at the beach side restaurant. Our only regret is not staying at his place longer than one night. Thank you for a memorable end to our trip.

Great place where everything was at our disposal: hair dryer, oil, vinegar, snorkel masks... We loved our stay with Maël who was also kind enough to give us great advice on things to do, restaurants to eat… Thank you again for everything!!

This is the ideal Airbnb in Tahiti. Book now!It is centrally located an easy 10-15 minute drive into downtown and also another 10 minute drive to one of the best beaches for snorkeling. Right down the hill there is a selection of food trucks (go for the poke and Lani’s bbq). The Airbnb itself was in pristine condition, had ample towels, kitchen gear, hair dryer, washing machine, etc. it is a bit of a walk to take your trash out, but everyone in the building has to do it. Tahiti is a sleepy island so night time is equally peaceful. Beds were nice.

Had a really great stay at Johns place. The location is great and quiet. The place had everything I needed and having AC was amazing given how warm it was outside. John was an amazing host, always being available and helpful in recommendation. Highly recommend if staying in moorea!

Beautiful place where we enjoyed both indoors and outdoors amenities. We had a wonderful time there.

Nice apartment . secured car parking. spot. Apartment is clean and modern... if you are a light sleeper then at night and early morning surroundings can get bit noisy as apartment is just off the main traffic road . Host is very responsive and helpful with any questions.

The host was tremendously accommodating. We missed our flight and arrived in Tahiti in the early morning. She allowed us an early check in and helped us locate services. The laundry room was a major bonus for stranded travelers like us. She also helped us call a taxi, which are reluctant to to AirBNBs, especially on weekends. So, great place, and get a rental car if you stay here. You’ll need it!

Very good and nice place to stay and very facil to get there. It has nearby restaurants and grocery store. We also liked the garden area of the house that allows you to have breakfast with a breathtaking view of the beach. The house has everything you need to enjoy a pleasant vacation, including the smart tv. The bed is very comfortable, the spacious room and a good bathroom. Pascal was very friendly and attentive at all times.
