Spacious Mansion - surrounded by a lush, shady garden - with beautiful, large bedrooms. Downstairs and upstairs you can choose one of the sofa-areas to relax, read a book or socialise with other guests. There is a table to have breakfast or to sit down with the laptop. Strategically placed are several ACs and fans in all areas of the house. If you want to unwind outside, you can sit on the private balcony, also equipped with comfortable large sofas, and enjoy the breeeze. The compound is accessible via good roads. In the close neighborhood you find elegant hotels and restaurants like the Protea Hotel with historical Mbweni Ruins. Many thanks to Mila and her team - dada Fadhila & mzee Khamis - who have been around and assisted us competently with tasks like calling Bajaji to drive to town, helping with the luggage, giving good advices, proactively ensuring the guests are entirely happy!

Joshua and Isca we were very happy with our stay, from the easy check in with detailed instructions (made late check-in so much easier), excursion bookings, (excellent partners/drivers), it allowed us to check out different parts of the island in our short stay and meet some very nice people along the way. Mohammed and staff were very accommodating during our stay. If you are looking for a location that’s centrally located because you want to explore the island then this is great. It’s also easy access to stone town without being directly in stone town. Villa was as advertised and the daily Swahili breakfast was an unexpected nice surprise. I’d go back.

Me and my 12 year old son were leaving Tanzania and had a late flight out of Zanzibar. We wanted a place to rest before our long flight back to the US so we chose to spend the afternoon/evening at RiRi's place. She was very accomodating and was a huge help with organizing transportation to/from Stonetown and the Airport. It was a nice ending to our trip and we really appreciated her hospitality. Her home was beautiful and absolutely spotless. After traveling for weeks it was really nice to see a living room with a couch and a TV with Netflix. We would most definitely stay here again.

This place is truly magical. The rooms itself are beautiful and cleaned every day. The garden is magical and a really nice way of enjoying the beautiful beach in front of it in private. The staff is truly fantastic. We were the only guests at the time as it was shoulder season and everyone there made our stay truly special. We felt so at home and very well taken care for. Thank you
