Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Pancoran

the house is as described and as in the attached photos. the cleanliness is maintained, the facilities are also complete. unfortunately the main room's air conditioning feels a bit hot, even though it's set to the lowest temperature. however, each room is equipped with air conditioning so it's not a problem.

this house located not far from Tebet highway exit. housing area not so lound and busy. however road to access to the house really narrow, please be careful with this. complete facilities provided by host such as air conditioner, iron, internet, gas and stove.this house also clean and good

The house is really cool. So, I'm excited to find money if I stay here, because I want to have a rich house like this lol. There are outlets next to the bed (important!!) and everywhere nearby too. If I go to Jakarta, I think I'll stay here again

very good host

We were stayed here for 2d1n for family gathering, we did lots of cooking and the host really helpful to complete all the utensils we needed. The house is really neat, comfortable and clean. The only thing less is there's no enough space if we bring more than 2 cars since the road outside the house quite packed and narrow so we need to park our car a bit far from the house. But overall very satistied with the experience at this house and the responsive host. the location is also quite strategic located at the center of the city.

Salmah's place is comfortable and clean. WiFi and AC worked great. There are many restaurants and shops only a short Gojek ride away. Check-in instructions were clear and Salmah was responsive throughout my entire stay.

great place! easy to go from and to with Grab/Gojack. wonderful swimming pool. amazing view!! Kozystay was also really helpful and answered any questions we might have had. if we needed more detergent for washing they also quickly brought it for us. in short a great stay and they delivered on their promises. oh and did i say a great view yet? 😉🙏

The apartment is good. The staff was very good and helpful. The air conditioning works well, and there is hot water and drinking water available. There are several mini markets nearby, and a shopping mall is also close. The area is located in South Jakarta, not far from the river, although I personally didn’t like the river. The apartment does not have a washing machine, but there are laundry shops right below the building. Overall, I would recommend this place.

For the location as desired, it's easy to find and the check in check out process is very easy. The host is responsive and easy to reach via chat. For the apartment unit, it's cozy and clean. Thank you for providing snacks and complete kitchen equipment. The toiletries are also complete, such as soap, hand wash, shampoo, etc.

Gabriel’s place is so clean I felt bad walking in with my shoes on — like, are we in a hotel or a museum? It’s also ridiculously quiet. I could probably hear my thoughts arguing with each other. Perfect if you need some serious chill time. But don’t worry, it’s not in the middle of nowhere — food is everywhere, and the holy grail: Pasar Santa is just around the corner. 10/10 would stay again (and maybe never leave)!

I have an excellent stay at Alice,got all the amenities I need for a comfortable stay, my favorite is the infinity pool perfect to get your work out done and watch a beautiful sunrise and sunset, I plan to be back! Thank you 🙏🏿

A wonderful stay here. The apartment is really, really great. Clean, good interior design. Smells good. Very comfortable. I couldn’t imagine a better apartment to stay while in Jakarta. I highly recommend!

Enjoyed the stay. Judika was very helpful and responsive. Can get a bit loud sometimes because of the 4 lane road right next to it but it didn’t bother me much. Recommended to stay.

Great apartment. This was the cleanest and most beautiful house I've ever stayed in. Everything was very clean and tidy. The view is amazing. Safe and very easy check-in. Having a washing machine is a great advantage. I really recommend 👍

the apartment unit is as pictured, very clean, the design makes the children very happy, we can use all the facilities in the apartment and the staff from San Living are very responsive and helpful whenever there are questions or requests from us, access to the mall is also very very close, just go down from the apartment and directly enter the mall Thank you so much for the comfortable,clean and beautiful view of the residence during 5D4N

I had a great stay at this 1-bedroom apartment! The location is incredibly convenient—being directly connected to Kota Kasablanka Mall made everything so easy. Whether I needed groceries, meals, or just wanted to walk around and shop, it was all just a few steps away. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The Wi-Fi was reliable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable for the price. It's a very affordable option, especially considering the prime location. Check-in was smooth and the host was responsive and helpful throughout my stay. If you're visiting Jakarta and want to be in the heart of things without breaking the bank, this is a solid choice. Would definitely stay here again!
