Hyper center, in a Hausmannian building, close to everything (shops, cinema, museums, train station (10'), A20 highway (5'), bus (1')...), fully equipped one-room apartment, comfortable on the 2nd floor of an old service staircase (steep), bedroom/living room, kitchen, shower room and dressing room, modern decor. I live in the accommodation just above for any need or information during the stay. Rentals for illegal activities will be reported to the police and subject to prosecution.

Close to the city center, "Le Nid" is a 60 m² 2-bedroom apartment, cozy and bright, completely renovated, on the top floor (with elevator) of a secure residence, very quiet and wooded. You will appreciate its soft and relaxing atmosphere, its panoramic view as well as all its amenities and facilities: loggia, Wi-Fi, private parking, bus stop and essential shops at the foot of the residence (pharmacy, bakery, convenience store), close to the Faculty of Letters and hospitals.

A very nice apartment in the historic center.

A very nice apartment, 60 square meters, located in the heart of the old town, in the historic district of the city, 150 meters from the cathedral. Within walking distance of all shops as well as the Jardins de l'Évêché and the banks of the Vienne. The magnificent train station, which some say is the most beautiful in the world, is a 3-minute drive, 10-minute walk away. The airport is a 20-minute drive away. The neighborhood is pedestrian with free parking nearby.

The apartment located on the 1st floor is quiet, well-equipped and very bright. It is close to the Faculty of Science, IUT, OIEAU, Beaublanc Stadium and CHU. You can walk to a big shopping mall. A convenience store/gas station very close (Boulevard de la Borie) is open from 7am to 9pm. Bus line 8 is 100 m away and serves the city center which is 2 km away. The apartment is located near major roads. Rental prohibited for women working in the sex industry.
