This is my second time staying at Simon's place, and once again, it was a fantastic experience! I spent a week here with my family, and it was super comfortable. The location is great, just a short walk to AEON Mall Tanjung Barat. Having a supermarket and restaurants nearby made it so easy to grab groceries and enjoy great food without traveling far. The apartment has everything I need. The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, utensils, and even a rice cooker, which was perfect for me since I was there for a week and could cook meals for the whole family. Plus, there’s a washing machine, so no worries about laundry! The room itself is spacious, and the furniture is well-designed and very comfortable. The facilities are top-notch, with a gym, swimming pool, and jogging track, so there's plenty to do. Overall, it’s an excellent place to stay, and I’m already looking forward to coming back next time!

There are plenty of food options nearby, from local eats to fast food—McDonald’s is just around the corner! Perfect for a relaxing stay while still being close to everything you need. Super recommend for those who want to gather with friends or family, the villa is really big and the location is at the end so there's no noise from here and there. and Kak Rikka is super helpful :)

this house located not far from Tebet highway exit. housing area not so lound and busy. however road to access to the house really narrow, please be careful with this. complete facilities provided by host such as air conditioner, iron, internet, gas and stove.this house also clean and good

Iqbal place was amazing. Me and my family love to stay there. Iwas very clean and tidy, every room has its own bathroom More like sanctuary, quiet and calm. We love to see sunset to over the rooftop. There's a small lake in the back And when its time to rest its very quiet, more like you are living far from the town.. quick escape plan for family to reconnect.. They have pool on second floor and also helper is very helpfull to pick up our grab food order... Thanks iqbal.

What a stunning apartment! We have enjoyed our stay and used the pool a lot for morning exercise or calming down after strolling around the city in a hot day. All in all, we were so happy staying at the apartment and will definitely come back 😊

Had a great stay at the apartment. I booked it last minute due to another hotel cancellation. Revy quickly messaged me once I booked the place, and she gave me clear instructions on how to get access and also kept me posted on the progress,s given it was a last-minute booking. Easy to communicate and fast response. The place was homey, clean, had good surroundings. The internet was stable, complete amenities, and very private at the same time. Clean, well-organized accommodation. Clean and orderly surroundings. Even in Jakarta, it is worth boasting a very high level of accommodation and surroundings. Swimming pools, exercise facilities, convenience stores, and surrounding commercial areas are also very good. A place I definitely want to stay again next time.

Our family LOVED our stay here - the kids didn’t want to leave! So many fun toys and games. Indira left clear instruction and thoughtful touches which made it a great stay. We will be back!
