We are located within walking distance of a fishing pier. 1 hour to beaches, including Beaufort, Morehead City, Atlantic Beach, and Oriental. There's no need to leave the comfort of our condominium community for a day of fun. It offers 2 swimming pools, gym, basketball, tennis courts, mini-golf, and much more! All included with your stay.

Relax at the Sandpiper, a 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo in New Bern’s Fairfield Harbour community. Perched on the third floor, enjoy marina views from the main balcony and watch the fishing pier and kayak launch from the side balcony—perfect for morning coffee. Located in a sailboat and golf community just 20 minutes from the airport and downtown, this condo offers the perfect mix of water views, outdoor recreation, and peaceful convenience.

Comfy Corner

Get comfortable and enjoy this private entrance spacious unit with a small refrigerator, a microwave, and a coffee maker. We have a public 18 hole golf course. It is similar to a hotel room only larger and no one else has access to it. New Bern is a historical city with tours scheduled daily at Tryon Palace. We are 45 minutes to the ocean. Our winters are mild with some days in the low 70s. New pictures are coming soon.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Restaurants within 1 mile from the home. Boat dock and fishing pier about 1/2 mile. Neuse river is a bike ride away with another fishing pier 2 pickle ball courts and playground less than 1/2 mile from the house. A stop for greenway cyclists and a hugh area for sail boat novoelists. You can take the Minnesott ferry on your way to Atlantic Beach.

Carriage House on the Neuse River

It is a perfect place to rest and relax and enjoy country, river life. The carriage house is 650 sq feet of open living space with a full bath, queen size bed, living area and full size kitchen on the second floor of our carriage house. It is private. There is a deck with wonderful views of boating and sunsets. You have access to our dock for sun bathing, fishing and swimming.
