Typical construction of rural region of the Apulian hills, this tiny farm is surrounded by a fourishing nature with its typical age-old olive and fruit trees. The agricultural tool's depot and animal shelter is now a spacious and comfortable living room with a double bed sofa and a big fireplace. Two trulli have now become cosy bedrooms both with a double bed and a single bed. There are two bathroom with shower. One is located in the house, the other is beside equipped with a washing machine. Behind this bathroom there is a external shower under a big olive tree, very loved to our guests.

It is a historic building, developed on 3 levels with a room per floor connected by stairs, with historic furnishings, large kitchen, two double bedrooms and terrace with outdoor shower and an enchanting view. It overlooks one of the most magical squares in the city, quiet and elegant, with balconies. The stairs have handrails, but we do not recommend the place for people with limited mobility.

Studios of about 30 square meters, armored door, large wardrobes, safe, fully equipped kitchen with washer-dryer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, coffee machine with pods, juicer and toaster. The bathroom offers a very spacious shower with a rain shower head, and you will also find a complete courtesy set with soap, shampoo and hairdryer. The villa is located in a quiet and peaceful rural area, 15 minutes from the capital of Puglia and 20 minutes from the sea. The apartment is on the first floor with stairs. My accommodation is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with children) and furry friends (pets). N.B.: The swimming pool can be used from June to September. There are a couple of caretakers in the villa, and my parents are in different apartments.
