Built on a hillside, on the heights of Palombaggia, the villa offers a unspoilable view on the splendid bay. With its large living areas, and 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, it can host a large family or group of friends, sleeping 14. All rooms in the villa are fully fitted, and open out onto immense terraces with the ocean as far as the eye can see. The heated private swimming pool with an overflow feature is happiness defined. The villa with the pure lines, contemporary and refined decoration, is made up of a livable space of 350 m² and of an external living space of 300m² on a terrace. The villa understands a living room of 70 m², 1 kitchen, 3 rooms with contiguous bathroom, and a garden level which can be completely independent: living room, kitchen, 1 parents room and a dormitory room which can accommodate 4 to 6 people, 2 bathrooms. The external space is distributed between the terraces of the living room, the kitchen, the rooms and the safe beach, with the splendid swimming pool with overflow (10x4m). This villa will enable you to spend unforgettable holiday in family or between friends. The whole villa will be yours as well as its infinite pool 24/7 person here to welcome and assist you with anything you might need. The villa is located on Route de Porra just 800 meters from the Palombaggia beach. It is 9 kilometers from the Porto Vecchio town center and 25 from the airport. Having a car is necessary to go around (no public transport or whatsoever). The many services in place provide you with optimal comfort: - Equipment (WiFi, safe deposit boxes, washing machine, dish washer, etc.) - Fresh bread is delivered to each residence every morning from June to October - Babysitting and extra cleaning services (15€/h) are available on request - Bed linen and bath+beach towels are provided

WiFi, air conditioning, flat screen TV, washing machine, dishwasher, comfortable. We are not a resort. Each client has his own house, privacy, barbecue, terrace not overlooked. With a view of the mountains, in a quiet and residential area, the villa "Billina" is ideally located in a quiet and not overlooked. (Gainable fiber / air conditioning installation.) 10 minutes from the most beautiful beaches in the south including Palombaggia and Santa Giulia. And for lovers of the mountains are nearby some wonders such as the Ospedale, the Aiguilles de Bavella... The city centre of Porto-Vecchio is just a 5-minute drive away.

Villa with pool and private beach access

The house is located in a residence bordering the beach of Palombaggia which is only 600 meters (about 10 minutes on foot). Residents have private access to the beach where they can park in a small car park. The view of the south-facing sea is clear and you can even see Sardinia in clear weather. The building of 110 m2, fully air-conditioned, is divided into two wings each composed of two bedrooms with a bathroom and a toilet.
