Our charming beach home is situated in an exclusive and peaceful seaside neighborhood surrounded by beautiful homes and gardens, walking distance from the sea. Due to the elevated situation of the home, you will enjoy the pleasant sea breeze and beautiful views from your private garden with BBQ and pool. The home has been tastefully designed with new furniture and decoration. High speed internet. Although shops and restaurants are a 5 min drive away, the area feels peaceful and secluded.

Less than 10 minutes walk or 2 minutes by car, from the nearest beach, very quiet and not very crowded, less than 5 minutes from the most central area of Vera Playa (the playazo de Vera) where you will find a great gastronomic and leisure offer, as well as a shopping area with supermarkets, bazaars, etc., and very few kms. from Mojacar and Cabo de Gata with its spectacular beaches.
