A beautiful and very cozy house, I enjoyed it a lot with my family in the pool, it appears to be small but it really is perfect with a good size, it has all its amenities in good condition. Fernando is a super host, with immediate response, clarification of doubts, he gives you the best options and recommendations of all the service he provides, a very kind, respectful and accessible person. I highly recommend it for its great service.

The house is really beautiful! It makes you feel like you're somewhere else, an incredible place, very accessible with a birthday I had in the theme of my guests, Miguel is attentive and is extremely kind and helpful! We definitely want to return a thousand times, we were very happy! It's totally worth it!

I really liked the stay since we had flexibility in check-in and checkout together with the pool being heated and in excellent condition for the entire stay. As a suggestion it would be nice to have some horn in the garden and a blower (from the market) for the ignido of the anaphre., from that outside I recommend the place 100., we will repeat again.

Excellent attention from the hosts , there were some inconveniences, but they helped us fix them quickly, we had a very pleasant time, we returned to the first opportunity.

Loved the house! As soon as you enter, you can see the large green space. The pool and jacuzzi are perfect. We loved that, despite being all together, everyone has privacy in their own house, and having 3 bathrooms is a super plus. The barbecue area is amazing for eating together, chatting. We paid for the boiler for 2 days and the water was perfect! It rained at night but just as we paid for it, it felt warm. You have a lot of things nearby, super, Oxxo. The parking area is very large. The lady who receives you is very nice and explains everything. 10/10 I will definitely return!

It is a very quiet, beautiful and pleasant house; to disconnect and be in contact with nature; its facilities allow you to have a very comfortable stay, although the pool is not heated, you do not need it because the climate does its thing for you to enjoy it without problem, Mrs. Enedina and her family are very friendly, helpful and discreet. Juan was very attentive at all times and his directions are very precise. Thank you for your attention, we hope to return soon.

The photos do not do justice to the house, it really is beautiful and ideal to disconnect from everything, I only recommend that you bring fans because they do not work but otherwise everything was perfect and it is close to squares, and commercial stores, everything excellent, I would definitely return

The house is very nice, better than in pictures. The beautiful garden, the warm and nice pool, the unbeatable roast area and the house really comfortable with everything you need and more, I loved the kitchen! My family and I had a great time. In addition to the house is wonderful, the great plus are Lulu and Alejandro, they help you in everything, they keep everything tidy and clean, they are aware of anything you need, they are very friendly. You feel at home and relax. I definitely recommend it, one of the best houses in Cuernavaca.

The very quiet suburb, the house spacious and clean. Upon arrival they did not give us access to the entrance of the subdivision due to a communication error and we had to wait but send messages to Luz and her husband contacted me and the solution was given. Mrs. Laura, who takes care of and cleans the property was very kind at all times. Some bathrooms need maintenance but it is minimal.

It is a beautiful accommodation, the photos do not do it justice, it is more spacious than it looks, the attention of Georgina and Mrs. Margarita was always excellent, the area is quiet without noise although we have heard stories of insecurity we feel safe in the accommodation, they have a folder with information on emergency numbers and places to eat and visit, the pool is delicious in hot weather, all rooms and common areas have fans and large windows that help a lot against the heat, the kitchen is fully equipped to prepare whatever you want, there is a market a few blocks away where you can buy everything and in front there is a shop with essentials. You won't regret it, it's a great place to spend the weekend and relax.

The house is amazing, you feel at home. The location is super central, it's very close to Mexico City and the number of nearby food places and shops help you out if you forget something. We would definitely return

Adrián’s home is beautiful, spacious, and peaceful. Tucked away in a quiet, gated residential neighborhood, it felt incredibly safe and offered the perfect escape from the buzz of the city. The house is immaculately clean and thoughtfully laid out—our group of eight had more than enough room to relax comfortably. The home is fully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The pool is large enough for swimming laps, and the garden is absolutely stunning—clearly maintained with care by a dedicated gardener who visits daily. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast prepared by Eva. Using fresh, local ingredients and groceries we picked up from a nearby store just minutes away, she made us the most delicious meal. Adrián was a warm and welcoming host who made sure we felt completely at home. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, safe, and enjoyable stay in Cuernavaca. We’re already hoping to return soon!

Best place to Rent! I go twice a year

Very nice apartment and the subdivision too, the pool water was warm, the paddle tennis and tennis courts are very close, you can see them from the apartment to see your children. Everything was great, I would choose it again without a doubt.
