It is quite comfortable, fully furnished and was recently built. Its distinguishing characteristic is its proposal for sustainability. It has an ecological septic tank, compost bin and places for separating garbage. The surroundings offer a lot of calm (a cul-de-sac), with the right to the singing of birds, small wild animals and lots of greenery around.

It is 650 meters, 10 minutes on foot, from the village of Caeté-Açu (better known as Vale do Capão) and is located on the main street that connects Vila to Bomba. The house is situated on a plot of 8,000 m2, overlooking the mountains and with a small river in the background. It has plenty of greenery around it, with a garden, plants and trees.
