I have set aside a part of the house for rent, with an entrance and outdoor area for common use. I live in the other part of the house. No parties, no smoking and no alcoholic beverages. Kitchen with basic items: Microwave, Ayr fryer, sandwiches and electric cooker. Drinking fountain, and we do not have a stove or refrigerator.

We are close to Ulbra and Catholic Universities, close to the Bus Station, 8 KM from the airport. Wi-Fi available, 2 bedrooms, both equipped with air conditioning, one bedroom being a suite. Social bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, microwave, blender, air fryer, rice cooker, 5-burner stove, kitchen utensils, bed sheets, bath and face towels provided. Washing machine, laundry area. Our garage only accommodates normal vehicles (the space is insufficient for pickup trucks).
