Words couldn't describe how great we had,a wonderful place where we found everything we wanted 😍the attentions of both the Host and our friend Floo are excellent !!We recommend it 100% , We are already looking for a date to come back if God allows.

It is a very cozy place I would return if you need a nice garden two beautiful pool all the rooms have Aires conditioned,a very nice place

The villa was very spacious and could easily accommodate 8 people. The home is set directly in front of a private beach. There was wifi and AC in all the bedrooms. The outdoor space facing the beach and the pool was covered, which made it very convenient when it rained or when it was very sunny. Overall, we had a good experience at this Villa.

It is an excellent place , you can breathe a lot of peace . The place meets all the host's descriptions. Mabel and Franklin are very responsible and always attentive to every guest needs. I would come back with no problem 🫶🏾

The place is so much nicer than what the photos show, cozy and with perfect places to take pictures. On the top floor, the beach view is spectacular. The service was excellent, the person who received us was very kind. The stay was impeccable, with well-distributed rooms and all with air-conditioning. 10/10!

This place was great! More than I expected for sure. The staff at the location are friendly and professional. The place is so peaceful. - The view, the view.. THE VIEW!!!!!! - Beds and linen were clean and comfortable. - I didn't expect toiletries, yet they provided them, along with clean towels for each bedroom and pool area. Overall, I would visit again in a heartbeat!

We traveled around the island and made quite a last minute decision to stay in Fabricio’s place and we didn’t regret. We wrote to Fabricio and got instant information and confirmation. Fabricio met us like all friend and we instantly realized that we are in right place. The room was big and clean. The bathroom was nice and clean. Everything was above our expectations😊 Finally we had good and delicious dinner at restaurant. Thank you Fabricio for everything🙏🏼🇩🇴🇪🇪

This place was amazing perfect for a big group. We felt right at home and enjoyed every minute of it. Well stocked kitchen. The beach was great. Very clean sheets and comfortable beds. One of our favorite things about the villa was Mr Bimbino the caretaker he was so nice and helpful. I will definitely recommend and will definitely come back.

Moritz house is the most beautiful we could only imagine, very well maintained, spacious and nicely furnished. The beautiful pool and garden with different terraces is not visible, better not to relax. Around the day there are sun and shade places. Restaurant and large pool 50m further ensure variety. Moritz was an always responsive helpful host in every way and situation. Thanks to the location of the house within a closed, guarded resort we felt very safe. We can only recommend the place and would come back!

The thing we enjoyed the most about our stay is all the things to do on the property and how close we were to the beach. We had a few issues come up while at the property, but Cesar and his team were very responsive and quick to respond.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, exactly as described, and offered the quiet, private, and calming atmosphere. This is what we were looking for. We felt like a true retreat. The hosts were incredibly friendly and maintained excellent communication during our stay, making everything easy and smooth. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful getaway.

Home is located very close to Palenque beach. It is under 10 mins walking to get to the beach and/or local restaurants. The home is very cozy with comfy beds and ACs. Host is extremely attentive and responsible.

Place was amazing! Elsa was very responsive and attentive to any questions and the stay. Very peaceful and quiet area. Good place to relax with amazing views and ocean sounds. Family vacation was a success!!

Our stay was excellent, Ana at all times from the beginning that the reservation was made, she was ALWAYS ready to help, her every time was impeccable, everything was just like the photos, good service, I know that she would return. The location is just like 2 minutes from the beach, and the house has everything you need to spend it Well. I recommend it 100%
