House holiday rentals in Palma Nova

We felt very comfortable at Mendi. A perfect stay if you are looking for peace and quiet in Mallorca. We also liked the small town of Alaro with its narrow streets and the very good gastronomic offer. The coast and beaches are also easy to reach by car. The view of the Tramuntana mountains is really tramatically beautiful from Mendis accommodation! We had planned to go hiking, but unfortunately it was much too hot. We will be happy to come back in the spring or autumn. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had the most wonderful week here. The property is fantastic, especially for a family with an abundance of toys and lovely fenced pool. The house has all the amenities you might want and the outside area is really special. We loved sitting out for dinner in the evenings. Palmanyola itself is quiet but it’s easy to get to Palma and Guida gave us some great local restaurant recommendations. We would 100% recommend and hope to come back one day.

We recently stayed in Villa Can Bari as a family of 5 (parents with adult children) , the place was absolutely perfect for us with plenty of room to spread ourselves around and have time out on our own if we liked . The villa exceeded expectation and from the moment we walked in we felt very settled . It has lots of useful equipment that you don't necessary always get with a rental - plenty of kitchen utensils, crockery, beach towels, insect plugins , board games etc and the villa was very clean . What really stood out was the location and outside space - the view is absolutely stunning and we really enjoyed relaxing and sitting out both in the day watching all the activity on the water and in the harbour and at night when all the restaurants, houses and villas across the bay are lit up - quite magical! Port de Soller is a really beautiful place to visit, with some lovely beaches, excellent choice of restaurants and the charming tram to hop onto to go to Soller and then onto Palma

Just got back for a week stay. 2 young children and grandparents and it was honestly perfect! The property itself is fantastic with separate loving spaces that allowed you to get space if you needed. The outside was amazing. The pool one of the largest pools we’ve had, a hot tub, sandpit for the kids (and a sauna but we didn’t use that) The pool table was a great extra touch and there was plenty of outside seating I. A spacious but private garden. Toni was a fantastic host, responsive and helpful. It’s walking distance to the beach and plenty of restaurants. And there is a supermarket within a couple of mins walk. Would highly recommend this place and would happily return.

Absolutely beautiful house and location! Be sure to bring a car, as it’s about a 30-minute drive to the beaches and a 40-minute walk to the nearest town — but it’s definitely worth it! Arta is so pretty and the house is the perfect place to wake up in the mornings and end your day.

We had a great time at Antonio’s place. He was proactive with his communication and gave clear instructions. The house was Fantastic. Despite exploring several amazing beaches our kids always asked to swim in the pool upon arriving home for the night. We liked the central location of the home as it allowed for us to visit various regions of the island each day. Would definitely stay again!

An absolute dream right by the sea! The house was just perfect – with a breathtaking view directly of the sea, which we enjoyed every morning and evening from the terrace. Three bedrooms, the living room and the kitchen also have sea views. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired – everything was super clean, high-quality and thoughtfully furnished. The cave in the cellar, which leads to a direct access to the sea, is also unique. From there, we went out to sea a few times by canoe or stand-up paddle (which Roman provided free of charge!). I would especially like to highlight Roman as a host: extremely helpful, warm and with great tips on restaurants and excursions that really enriched our stay. We felt completely comfortable from the first moment and would come back any time.

We had a wonderful time! The house is beautiful and all the facilities you need are there. Upon arrival, there was a lot of groceries put down so you didn't have to go to the store right away. The house is decorated with great attention to detail, and in every corner you will find special accessories, furniture or art. It was great to discover all that! The host is really friendly and helpful and responds right away. We will definately come back!

I highly recommend this Airbnb stay! Communication with the host was extremely friendly and uncomplicated from the beginning. The place was exactly as described. It was very clean and well maintained, and everything you need for a comfortable stay was thought of. The location was very good, especially if you want to experience a quiet stay. Check-in went smoothly, and we immediately felt comfortable. I especially liked that the host gave me great tips for the area. All in all, it was the perfect place for a break – we felt at home. The villa was amazing, with incredible view over the bay. Everything was as described in the offer; well equipped; very clean; the beds were super comfy. The stay at Finca Son Fortuny was wonderful. The villa is lovely and equipped with all the comforts. The pool is fantastic and the garden has several seats so you always have a good place to sit. Maria goes out of her way to feel at home and regularly comes for the garden and swimming pool. She also even has detergent and herbs ready. The surroundings are quiet. This place is further from the very tourist (party)spots, but the beautiful beaches and villages of the south east of Mallorca can be reached in 35 to 45 minutes. Nearby in Sant Joan you will find two small supermarkets and in 20 minutes you are in Manacor. We'd love to come back next year! Thanks Maria!

we were there for 16 days. We felt comfortable right away. Great house. Nina is a great host, immediately available if there are any questions. Those who, like me, unfortunately also have to work on holiday, should know that the WLAN is a bit bumpy on the roof terrace and on the 1st floor. But that didn't spoil the holiday.

We stayed for 4 nights with our two children (2y and 4y) and had a wonderful time. The place is lovely and you can have a relaxed family vacation. Especially the pool was perfect, as it is heated and a good size for the little one (but you just stay with them as it is not perfect for non swimmers).

Beautiful place to stay, mountain drive was tricky at first but we got comfortable with it fairly quickly. Walk down to the swimming hole at the bottom of the path was a plus.

A fantastic holiday in a breathtaking location. The photos don’t do it justice. The warm feel of a family holiday home with lots of space and stunning views in all weathers. The house was clean and we loved the fact that the pool was salt water rather than chlorinated. We’d love to go back.

We loved our stay at Miguel‘s home! It is beautiful and ideally located to explore the island. The house feels like a home and the big pool and large garden are amazing for days where you don‘t want to leave the house. We felt right at home and can reccommend the house fully.

We had a wonderful stay in this fantastically beautiful finca! The house is very well maintained, stylishly furnished and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The large pool and barbecue area are particularly noteworthy – perfect for relaxing days and cosy evenings. The landlord was always available and immediately helped in person with questions or minor problems. The contact was very friendly and uncomplicated. We can absolutely recommend this finca and will be happy to come back!

Very cool house in the lovely town of Portocolom. There is a lot of space, multiple bathrooms, and a large beautiful courtyard and roof top. This home is fully air-conditioned and walkable to tons of restaurants and the beach. This was our first visit to Mallorca, and we ended up really enjoying Portocolom. Friendly town with lots to do, close to fabulous beaches and activities, but not overcrowded. Parking was easy too. We had a great visit!
