Vivienda monumental, céntrica, muy original y silenciosa, ideal para descansar tras un día de turismo por la bella Córdoba. Cuenta con 2 amplios dormitorios, el principal con bañera hidromasaje y ambos con camas king size especiales y con 2 baños privados en suite cada uno de ellos. El alojamiento tiene salón comedor con chimenea eléctrica, cocina americana con utensilios de máxima calidad, lavadora secadora privada, horno-microondas, cafetera Nespresso, calentador aerochino de leche marca Nespresso, etc. Patio andaluz central, terraza de unos 20 metros cuadrados con vistas al skyline de Córdoba y Jacuzzi de exterior con depuradora y bomba de calor; se alquila por días para uso exclusivo sólo para su apartamento y para las personas que se alojen con usted, es decir, no lo compartirán con el resto de huéspedes. El precio por día es de 60.00 € que serán abonados mediante tarjeta de crédito a su llegada al alojamiento al personal de nuestro equipo. Beautiful Penthouse located in the center of Seville. It has two floors, with large terraces and a rooftop terrace with panoramic views over the city. A light and large apt over two floors with large terrace and mirador. Located on the top floor of a beautiful c19th building, restaured by the owner architect. The apt has a private gallery entrance and on the first floor there are two bedrooms with high quality double beds, a lovely sitting room with wood burning stove, a library of interesting books and a piano. The main bathroom has a bathtub, shower-over-bath and shower cubicle. On the second floor we find a lovely kitchen with original tiled flooring, a pantry, washing machine and dryer, and a bathroom with shower unit. The kitchen opens out onto a conservatory with sofa, dining table and chairs and onto a terrace with views over the city and the nearby Barroque church of San luis de las franceses.
