We absolutely loved this place. Would love to come back sometime. We habe been there with my parents and our two little children. The house was perfect and had a lot of space. Everyone of us really enjoyed it.

The perfect home in Palm Springs. The home is located very close to all of the action but honestly, once you're there I don't think you'll want to leave. The home has everything you'd need, a kitchen stocked with all of the items you need to cook or bbq, the pool table, bacci ball and of course, the beautiful swimming pool. The outdoor area is designed for outdoor living and relaxing with lots of fun places to curl up with a book. Inside the home you'll find spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds, perfect for sleeping in late! Great place, we'll stay again.

My partner and I have stayed at over 100 Airbnbs across the globe and this is by far our new favorite property. Expectations were high from the listing and we were not disappointed. This property is even more beautiful than the photos - it's the best designed home we've ever been in - everything in it feels deliberate. Every room is as unique and enjoyable as the next. You will be blown away by the backyard/patio. The home has everything you could possibly need - don't make the mistake we did getting supplies pre trip - they literally have everything you could possibly need from a cooking perspective (including a proper espresso maker + legit coffee beans), entertainment, pool floaties, etc. The host is incredibly communicative and accommodating. Will 100% be back here on a regular basis.

Sunnie’s place is a beautifully and thoughtfully designed home in a great neighborhood in Palm Springs. Too many positive things about the house to list but a few highlights were the backyard, the layout of the home and the attention to detail in the linens, kitchen, and supplies. While a lot of hosts these days look to find the cheapest option for these items, Sunnie did not and I really appreciate that focus on the guest. I Would highly recommend Sunnie’s place and I look forward to staying again.

David was an amazing host. He was easy to communicate with, he was able to accommodate our early check in. His home was perfect for our family, the home was clean, had everything we needed for the perfect vacation, from extra towels and linens, kitchen was fully functional, the pool and hot tub were cleaned twice while we enjoyed our stay. The home felt safe and the neighborhood was safe as well. Definitely will book with David again.

Cool spot in the desert, it was perfect weather. Loved hanging out in the pool overlooking the man-made lake. Kids had a great time with the arcade games. This is a really cool spot for a getaway.

We had a wonderful stay! The house exceeds expectations- great open kitchen, dining and family spaces. Beds are comfy. Pool area is nice and jacuzzi felt amazing. Michele is super responsive and helpful, and we would absolutely stay here again.

We had a great stay! The place was very clean and exactly as advertised. It was incredibly spacious for our group of six, with plenty of room to spread out and relax. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and the amenities were excellent, especially the pool, which we really enjoyed. The location was also convenient and close to everything we wanted to do. The only minor issue was that it was a bit challenging to cool down the main house with the A/C. That said, the host was amazingly accommodating and communicative throughout our stay, which made a big difference. Overall, a fantastic experience and we’d definitely recommend!

Great stay at a beautiful home. After staying in many locations, I find a great way to gage the quality of a host is in how they manage when things go wrong. We had a minor issue with one of the breaker switches being thrown (which meant no wifi and no power in half of the house). We couldn't find the breaker box on our own, but the host was very communicative and helpful. The issue was quickly & easily resolved and confirmed what a great host we had!

This house is beautiful and perfect for families! The while house is remodeled and squeaky clean. Also amazing for families, they even have toys! The pool was so fun with the waterfall feature and the lights for nighttime. Thank you for providing your home for my family!

We spent 10 days with our son, his wife and our grandkids. The house worked perfectly and my husband set up his office in the casita. The backyard is fantastic and the pool is the best. Between swimming and hanging in the spa, the days were fantastic. Played golf next door and the resort course Was quite good. Great restaurants, desert x, sunnylands. Any questions or issues were addressed immediately. Terrific hosts!

I just want to say that my friends and I had a wonderful stay and experience staying here during our Stagecoach weekend. I needed to find a new house right away due to issues I had with my previous one and they stepped in and helped me every way possible and very fast to communicate. Thank you again for an awesome stay. We will stay again!!

We had a great weekend in Davids place.. the pool size and depth are amazing.. there is an outdoor kitchen by the swimming pool, which is perfect if you want to have dinner outside..the living room is very spacious and comfortable for family games ..if you planning to stay with kids, there is a perfect room for them upstairs, which I’m sure they’ll love..David was very communicative and friendly.. says typically he responds in 1 hour, but trust me, once you have a question you’ll have your response in a couple of seconds.. I would recommend his place everyone, and I absolutely would come back here .

Nikki was a great host, super helpful and responsive. The AC stopped working on day 2 of 4 and she quickly got on it to have someone repair it. When we came back the next weekend for our second stay, there were a lot of snacks left for us which was a nice surprise. Kitchen is fully equipped with actually nice cutlery and kitchenware. The place was nicely furnished and was maybe one of the nicest places I’ve stayed at. The price was very high because of Coachella, but it was to be expected. Would def stay again.

This home was fabulous for Coachella. In walking distance of the festival (although a fairly long walk), beautifully clean home, wonderful pool, and stocked with everything you could need. Richard and his team were very responsive and great to work with and accommodated a few of our requests, which was greatly appreciated! Home is very spacious, nicely decorated and very roomy. The beds sleep 8 comfortably and they have two individual rollaway beds (warning, not very comfortable) and nice air mattresses to use- so was easy to accommodate our 12 people party. Would definitely recommend!
