Hilltop Wellness Villa Beautiful big house on the edge of the forest, a few steps from the Pécs Zoo. The house is comfortable for up to 10 people (plus a baby). The house has a total of 3 bathrooms with 3 toilets. In the basement there is a Finnish sauna, a hot tub and a gym with a treadmill. In front of the house there is a large grassy, well-maintained area and 2 beautiful terraces. The side wall of the house from the entrance is equipped with a camera operating 0-24 hours, which monitors and records the gate entrance and the parking lot.

A lovely footy house in Gemenc, hidden in the floodplain of the Danube. I punched it myself, paying attention to making most of the materials, accessories refurbished. You will live among old but charming stuff with a beautiful view of the river. There are a lot of toys (trampoline, slackline, swing, slide, ring) around the house, a fireplace, an outdoor dining area and hammocks under the walnut tree. There is a cultured compost toilet with almost zero maintenance. Private waterfront with boat.

The house is a semi-detached house. Both sides separate for rent or together. The two parts are completely separate, only the terrace in front of it is built in, but it is separated by plants. Both house at the upstairs have bedrooms(2-2 room) and bathroom. At the Ground floor living room dining room with kitchen and a restroom. The kitchens are well equipped. Towels, bed linen avaiable. on the terrace have garden furniture. The bed in the living rooms can be opened on both sides.
