Beds/NO LINENS Showers/ NO TOWELS Kitchen/sink mini fridge no stove outside grill, fire pit, and cast iron provided. Dishware, silverware, and cooking utensils provided. Things you will need to bring: Linens, pillows, towels, dish rags and personal hygiene items. We will provide enough trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap to get you started after that its renters responsibility. We have state certified kilm dried firewood for sale $6 bundle. Coffee Pot take both grounds and k-cups. 4 lawn chairs.

The neighborhood is very nice. We also offer a new 6 seater Golf Cart available for Rent to our 3 houses on a first come first serve basis.
