Holiday rentals with beach access in Palese, Bari

Looking to avoid the touristy Rome, Florence, and other crowded Italian cities, but still want that Italian experience with all the beauty and activity that comes with it? Come to Bari and stay here! This place was perfect! Right in the middle of Old Town, with a big beautiful wooden front door exiting into a slew of restaurants, wineries, and people. Not too flashy and not too drab. It's just perfect! And the terrace overlooking the water? Seriously, you will not get a better deal than this if you choose Bari as your visiting city. Finally, the host was super awesome and responsive. Flexible check in, great recs, and just great personality. We accidently locked ourselves out one day and when we messaged them, they got us back in within less than an hour. We will definitely be staying here next time we are in town, that is, if it is available. Don't wait if it is. Just book!

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem historischen Stadtteil, und da haben wir uns mittendrin gefühlt. Die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in kurzer Gehdistanz von der Unterkunft erreichbar. Die Unterkunft entsprach unseren Erwartungen, und Massimo hat auf unsere Fragen und Anliegen immer sehr rasch und freundlich reagiert.

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Gastgeber Giacomo war sehr aufmerksam und hat unsere Fragen immer sehr schnell und zufriedenstellend beantwortet. Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen optimal, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Küche ist gut ausgestattet um sich selbst sich auch kleine Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten. My family and I stayed at Livia’s apartment during our stay in Polignano a Mare and this was our favourite stay during our entire trip to Puglia. Andrea was so kind and went above and beyond recommending restaurants and places to see and visit during our stay. On our first night it was late when we checked in and he helped us get a table at a very popular restaurant. The apartment was so clean and spotless. It was also very modern and spacious. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed as well as beach towels and drinks! It is in the most perfect location as it is a short and easy walk to the main area. If you’re visiting Polignano definitely stay at Livia’s apartment.

Nicola's place was fantastic for 4 nights. It is spacious for 2 people, located in the heart of the old town and easily walkable to all of the sights in Bari as well as the station. The kitchen had more than enough to make meals, while it is next to many dining options. Nicola was very helpful and his instructions were very clear.

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf bij Claudia. Alles was nog mooier en stijlvoller dan op de foto’s. Claudia heeft de woning zeer smaakvol ingericht. Zij zorgde bovendien voor een goede in - en uitcheck. We verkregen goede tips van restaurants etc. Wij hebben genoten van dit romantische verblijf in molfetta en zouden zeker weer hier terugkomen. We kunnen het verblijf bij Claudia van harte aanbevelen.

To był wspaniały pobyt. Angelo jest przemiłym gospodarczem - odebrał nas z dworca, opowiedział, co znajdziemy w najbliższej okolicy i co powinniśmy zwiedzić. Przygotował całe pudełko z ulotkami turystycznymi okolicznych miejscowości, a nawet plażowy parasol dla swoich gości. Czuliśmy się bardzo zaopiekowani. Widok z tarasu na morze - niesamowity. Bardzo, bardzo polecamy!

Fabulous! Riccardo was the best host ever. He picked us up from the station, gave us great local recommendations and checked in on us during our stay. The apartment is on a pleasant street, within easy walking distance of the station and old town and there is a supermarket opposite (and many restaurants nearby). The apartment has everything you need for a long or short stay. The balcony is spacious and a great place to sit in the morning or evening. We cannot recommend this apartment highly enough.

First, thank you to our hosts, we felt very welcomed at their residence. Responsive communication. Gated private parking was a plus. The apartment on the 2nd level of the home was very comfortable, clean and the space indoors was perfect for the two of us. We loved the outdoor kitchen, patio and both private upper decks were perfect to follow the sun all day. From the upper decks we had view of the landscape of the sea. Gardens around property were gorgeous. The pool was big with a zero depth sundeck and plenty of chairs. The neighborhood was close to the grocery Lidl, and we found the neighborhood quiet and peaceful. Would stay again without a doubt.

Een fijn appartement niet ver buiten het oude centrum. we gebruikten de fietsen. waren wel wat oud, maar prima voor deze stukjes naar het centrum. Dicht bij het strand en een prima ontbijt aan de overkant van de straat. Vincenzo stond ons altijd te woord waar nodig. we hebben een fijn verblijf gehad.

Die Wohnung ist direkt in der City. Nah am Meer. Du hast alles was du brauchst. Ich habe mich wohl gefühlt in der einen Nacht. Für längere Zeit würde ich diese Wohnung nicht nehmen. Zu nah in der City. Kommt natürlich drauf an was jeder sich wünscht.

This place is spotless, very secure. It was fun having the outdoor grill/pizza oven and the small pool. It is kind of hidden. Francesco meets you on the street above the property in his car and leads you to it. I was a bit nervous following him off the beaten path. It is in an area which is redeveloping and seemed sketchy. He was very welcoming and attentive. The property is completely safe and secure and I would not hesitate to come again. He even came at 4 am to check us out for an early flight. Francesco works very hard to make sure you have an enjoyable time.

loved this little location! Nice comfortable space, and even better it was walkable to shops and the water.

Great accommodation located directly by the water. Plenty of space overall, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and two beautifully renovated bathrooms. A big plus is the option to use the washing machine. There’s a great terrace with a grill and comfortable loungers for sunbathing. The bus provides good connections to Bari city center and nearby towns, while the center of Torre a Mare with its restaurants and ice cream shops is within easy walking distance. Highly recommended overall.

La casa di Luca si trova in una posizione perfetta per godersi la splendida passeggiata del lungomare, la spiaggia di Pane e Pomodoro (10 minuti a piedi) e il centro (10 minuti a piedi). Il quartiere è silenzioso di notte e molto vivace di giorno, con tanti negozi e servizi. La casa è carina e pulita e il letto comodo. La comunicazione con l'host è sempre stata chiara e amichevole e ci è stato concesso un check in anticipato rispetto all'orario previsto, cortesia molto gradita dopo il lungo viaggio. Comoda la procedura di check in e check out in autonomia, con cassetta di sicurezza all'ingresso. Siamo sicuri che l'host farà tesoro dei nostri consigli per rendere ancora più accogliente la casa perché ha grandi potenzialità.

Ein wunderbares Apartment in dem Herzen Giovinazzo. Es liegt neben dem Hafen und ist umgeben von vielen leckeren Restaurants. Das Bett ist bequem und das Apartment ist insgesamt hübsch. Bei Bedarf kann man wie im Film in der Tür an der Gasse sitzen und Leute vorbeischlendern sehen. Das Apartment ist sauber und die Hostin wirklich sehr zuvorkommend und unterstützend. Wirklich empfehlenswert.

Il soggiorno da Giuseppe è stato eccellente sotto ogni aspetto! La casa era esattamente come descritta, pulitissima e dotata di ogni comfort necessario. La posizione era comoda e tranquilla, perfetta sia per esplorare i dintorni che per rilassarsi. Giuseppe è stato un host davvero attento e disponibile, sempre pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda e a rendere il soggiorno il più piacevole possibile. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque cerchi un’esperienza confortevole e senza stress. Grazie mille, Giuseppe, per la tua accoglienza!

Carlos’s beautiful waterfront apartment was ideal for enjoying a few nights in Molfetta. The place was spotlessly clean, was exactly as described and had useful instructions about the apartment itself as well as the town of Molfetta. We loved our stay at Giorgio’s place. He is by far our favourite host. Lovely welcome gift and a farewell breakfast The place was clean and spacious with plenty of room for the 4 of us. Great shower and kitchen with everything you need for a very pleasant stay. Netflix available for the end of a big day. Giorgio is always available with help when needed and made our stay in Bari just perfect. Thank Giorgio, you’re the best.

Cet appartement maison est situé dans la banlieue Santo Spirito de Bari, ancien village de pêcheur devenu résidentiel et festif. Ce n'est pas une plage. C'est calme et détendu mais un peu chic aussi. Distance de Bari : 45 mn par le bus n 1, fréquent. Festif, donc un peu bruyant le weekend. Ambiance très agréable, le soir des familles sur les places, le matin cappucino devant le port; les pêcheurs apportent leur marée, beaux poissons et coquillages pour presque rien. Tous les légumes et fruits dans la rue principale, traiteurs et cavistes. Nombreux restaurants pour toutes les bourses. Le soir, on peut dîner sur le fabuleux rooftop de l'appartement avec vue sur tout le petit port, les terrasses. Une belle vie, vraiment. Je recommande chaleureusement ce lieu. Edmea a répondu par retour à toutes nos questions, jamais aucun problème, super-hôtesse

Great host and great apartment. Stella was very responsive and proactive in her communications, gave great instructions on how to reach the property and accessing it. The location is perfect - quiet, a few steps to the waterfront, a lovely walk by the seafront (20 minutes or so) to the old city. The apartment itself is well-furnished, kitchen is well-equipped and the bed is king-size as stated and very comfortable. We would not hesitate to recommend both Stella as host and the apartment as a base for seeing Bari and the area around.

We had a lovely relaxing time with the beach so close and an easy walk into central Bari. The flat had a good energy and was very comfortable. We loved the vinyl record player and the variety of music to suit different moods. Maurizio was an excellent host and the information in the flat was very useful. We very much appreciated him organising a taxi for us to take us to the airport as there was a train strike that day. Great stay Maurizio - Grazie Mille!
