I really liked the clean and tidy interior, comfortable beds and amenities. Even though it was a semi-basement, I turned on a lot of dehumidifiers, so it was pleasant. And it was a little cold, but the accommodation was warm, so it was good when I checked in.😊

great accommodation with all amenities, it feels like you are at home. There is also a park nearby, you can walk and sit if you want to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. There are olive young,daiso nearby,and under the house there is a 24-hour store. It should be noted that the road to the center will be 1-1.5 hours,but there are metro stations and bus stops nearby. i also want to thank the host for their quick and clear responses.

There's a bustling store nearby, so the convenience is good. It was quiet, and there were many parks, so it was good for a walk! It was a little unfortunate that the accommodation didn't work. It was so neat and the best value for the money!

It was so nice! Parking was convenient, and it was a new officetel facility, so the security and facilities were clean and nice! I think you can manage it well. It was nice that the bedding and bathroom were clean. Above all, they communicated so quickly and accurately, so I had a comfortable stay! If I have to go near Suwon, I definitely want to go again!

I had a wonderful stay at BJ’s place! The accommodation was lovely — clean, cozy, and very comfortable. BJ was incredibly responsive, patient, and helpful, especially when I accidentally tripped the lights. He handled everything so quickly and kindly, which made me feel really at ease. One of the highlights for me was the bed — it was magical! Even with my usual insomnia, I fell asleep within minutes every night. I can’t emphasize enough how much I loved it. Overall, I had an amazing experience and would totally recommend both this place and BJ as a host. Would love to stay here again!

The location and facilities were good. In particular, the water pressure and hot water were good.

It is close to Changryong Gate, so it is convenient to take a walk in Hwaseong and visit Haengnidan-gil. The library is next door and McDonald's and Starbucks are also close by. The accommodation is quiet and well-equipped with kitchen utensils. The host is very kind and guided by the restaurants and carpennists are also good.If I come back to Suwon, this is the place I'm going to come again.

Thanks to you, I had a good rest with my friend. The bathroom and the room were all so neat and nice.

Only a few minutes walk from the train station and a nice park to walk around.. with restaurants in the same building.. very easy stay.. recommend for 1-2 people who want to be a little out of Seoul .. good vibe the area has !
