Decorated with modern and minimalist furniture pieces, this flat is accentuated with flavors of living spaces that are commonly found in Scandinavian countries. And be assured that you will not find a more centrally located flat! Don't miss out on staying at one of only six unique 'El Alma de Las Ramblas' flats, all of which are located in a recently renovated historical 19th century building. We are three friends who decided to embark on this project to refurbished 6 apartments in a same building located right off of arguably Barcelona´s most famous street: Las Ramblas. It was important to us to turn these apartments into cozy and functional living spaces for our guests. We chose the new beds, beddings, sofas, dining tables and chairs, lamps, kitchenware and small appliances with great care and consideration. We believe we were successful in creating an pleasant space in each of the flats- and we hope you will also agree after having spent time there. The entire studio is for the guests to use. We respect the privacy of our guests and yet also would be available to provide any assistance possible that would make our guests´ stay a confortable and an enjoyable one. The apartment is at the epicenter of Barcelona, just off the beginning of iconic Las Ramblas, which is known for its myriad of activities. Join the crowds who have come to stroll, shop, and dine along the city's most dynamic street. Brew some coffee and settle down on a comfy, mid-century chair and let in the light at this modern, neutral apartment in the center of the city. Get a true taste of tapas down on the street below, then relax with a glass of wine on the balcony. This apartment is as central as central can be! Right in the center of Barcelona, next to Plaza Urquinaona, this apartment is perfect for those looking for a comfortable and functional place in the city. Both quiet and close to the main tourist areas. A few steps from Las Ramblas, Plaza Cataluña and Paseo de Gracias. An ideal location to visit the historic center, and the trendy commercial areas by foot. Perfectly connected by metro and bus. Right in a commercial area, this apartment offers a perfect combination for those who want to stay close to the main tourist, business and spare time attractions, but in a quiet and safe place. To the south of l'Eixample, it borders the Borne and Gothic neighborhoods, making it a strategic spot to start the best city tours. Located in a newly built farm, we enter the apartment through a long corridor that ends up in the main living room. There is a living room with a comfortable sofa that can be turned into a double bed, a big windows and a TV. This space, without any physical division, turns into a dining room when you turn right, since it is built into a practical and functional fully equipped kitchen-office. The southern part of the neighborhood is called Ensanche (l'Eixample). At 50 meters from Plaza Urquinaona, and at 200 meters from Plaza Cataluña it offers one the most central locations we can find in the city. Multiples stores of all kinds, trendy restaurants and bars, as well as the main commercial areas will make its visitors only regret not having enough time to get to know everything this place has to offer. If we walk towards the sea, we can choose the path to the right, with the most emblematic buildings such as the Cathedral, museums and unavoidable markets, their entangled streets that are an invitation to indulge into their never ending attractions. On the contrary, if we choose the path to the left, we will go through the bohemian neighborhood of Borne, Santa María del Mar and their incredible stores, their streets and buildings that offer the person passing by a pleasant surprise when discovering every corner in it. If we go towards the north, we will immediately reach the elegant Paseo de Gracia and Rambla de Cataluña, so we can go through stately Barcelona to finally reach the Avenida Diagonal.
