The neighborhood is very nice with many shops, bistros and restaurants. The building is private; the studio is the only apartment.

Our flat, designed by two architects from Marseille, consists on the first level of a very large loft-style living room with an open kitchen, a terrace overlooking very quiet gardens, a bedroom with a wardrobe, and a bathroom. The second level, with the second bedroom and its bathroom. The flat is located in Longchamp, a dynamic but quiet and central area! A parking space is available.
