Cozy 50m2 loft with 2 bedrooms and living room with fireplace and modern kitchen is located on the third floor of a wooden building house (built in 1879) which is located on the Old Town's Special Conservation Zone, right in the centre of Viljandi and close to everything - cafés, lake and castle ruins. The house is freshly renovated and has central heating and modern ventilation but still with old details that are characteristic to Viljandi and adds a historic flutter and a little adventure.

Naudi seda kaunis looduses asuvat privaatsest ja armastusväärset majutuskohta. Meil on kaks maja, kust on vaade jõele. Mahutab nelja inimest kahte eraldi majja. Vaade Kukuaru Aquaariumist on otse jõele. Maast laeni aknad tekitavad tunde nagu oleksid osake loodusest. Jõevaade ei ole kinni pandud kaardinatega. Samuti saab sõita paadiga. Saun on väikese lisatasu eest. Meil on välikäimla. Kiire Wifi. Meil on lubatud lisatasu eest lemmikloomad. Hommikusöök on lisatasu eest.

Adorable Saunahouse with Patio, near Lake Viljandi

Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.

The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood, by the river Pirita.For those more active of you, we can recommend nice hiking trails, rent canoes and SUP. The grill, boat and firewood are included. Possibility to rent a car and arrange an airport transfer.
