Spacious Studio Suite in Private Home

Our studio suite (the entire lower floor of our home) is only a one-minute walk to beautiful Paje Beach! It consists of a very spacious air-conditioned room with comfortable beds for up to 4 people, a dining area/workspace, and a large private bathroom with hot water. There is also a well-equipped kitchenette space with a gas ring, microwave, fridge - everything needed to prepare a simple meal. The private patio has a table and chairs overlooking our pool and large enclosed tropical garden.

Dolphin Paradise Villa (beachfront/pool)

Karibu to our Dolphin Paradise Villa, directly on the beautiful Jambiani beach, with breathtaking views of the turquoise Indian Ocean. Come, unwind, play, relax, and dream with family or friends. The house offers 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room, a fully equipped entertainment kitchen, a private beach and pool, and a huge shaded outside beach lounge. In a quiet area, close to many restaurants, bars, and kitespots in Jambiani or Paje. Wake up and fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean.

Villa Coco Jua Villa Jua

The villa our little paradise was newly built in 2021. In January 2025, the interior design and outdoor space were redesigned. Air conditioning installed in March 2025 as well as a power generator. The villa invites you to relax. The pool is opaque and not visible from the outside – it is exclusively privately used by the guests. Some resorts nearby sweeten the holiday with their delicious cuisine. local grocery stores are within walking distance. The turquoise blue sea 1 minute walk.

Views of the white sandy beach can be enjoyed from every room in the house. Guests will also enjoy a swimming pool in the comfort of their own private courtyard. Services include a house manager, daily cleaning, chef, laundry, free WiFi. Airport transfer available at extra charge. Paje which is world renowned for kite surfing is 2 km from the house.
