It has a 15 m² bedroom with a double bed and a hot tub overlooking the lake and woods, a 4.5 m² private bathroom with a hot gas shower, and an integrated 21 m² living room-kitchen equipped (minibar, stove, utensils, dishes and glassware). It has a table for 4 people overlooking the vineyard and orchard, a sofa bed for up to 2 extra guests, a pellet heater (pellets/pellets safe fireplace based on pellets), 42" Smart TV, Starlink internet (Starlink).
