Beautiful villa near the beach in the Roche, Conil (Cadiz) We rent all year round (for fortnights in July and August) and can accommodate up to 8 people. There is WiFi Internet and Netflix Plus, 2 smart TVs, one 70'' screen. The house, 150 m2 (200 including terraces) and 600 m2 of garden, is a typical Andalusian tile construction totally and perfectly equipped and decorated with style, for maximum comfort and enjoyment. It is only 50 meters from the beach. So close that you can go barefoot.

To ensure accessibility, we arranged the main double bedroom with a 150cm bed with an en-suite bathroom and another bedroom with a 135cm double bed on the ground floor. Upstairs there is a bathroom and 2 bedrooms; one with 2 beds and the other with a trundle bed (2 singles) and a double bed.

It is a 40 m² rural house on a 500 m² plot with 17 stone pine trees that give the feeling of being in a private forest. It is decorated with great care and attention. It's a quiet place, but very close to supermarkets, restaurants, and leisure areas of Chiclana. The house is 3.5 km from La Barrosa beach, Santi Petri and El Novo. A barbecue and play area for children.
