In the heart of the Périgord Limousin Regional Natural Park, 30 minutes from Limoges: at the exit of the village, past the stone bridge, the alley of old trees welcomes you in a bath of greenery. The wooded land on 6 ha is nestled in a meander of the small river, the Gorre. The mill is located along the head race; a bamboo grove softens the northern flank while to the south, the terrace of the cottage overlooks the edge of the woods. The facade mirrors the old dwelling house and the ruined barn.

Our extensive gardens are the perfect place to relax, or if you wish to venture further, there are plenty of walks from the front door. The charming wing includes a master bedroom on the first floor with adjoining pigeonnier for use as study or extra bedroom, while the ground floor comprises a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen, open plan living/dining room and an exercise room.

It also has a terrace of about 50 m2 overlooking the beautiful rolling landscape of the Limousin.

The kitchen has a microwave oven, a refrigerator and an induction hob. You will only have access to the jacuzzi or the Nordic bath when the other accommodation units are VACANT (this is common during the week)
