Located in a residential area, with a green park and Art Nouveau buildings where at no. 1 lived the writer James Joyce. Close to the Railway Station and a convenient municipal car park with ticket (Silos/ Saba). Crossing the Borgo Teresiano you can reach the center in 10 minutes by foots. Charming attic on the fifth floor of an elegant building in the city center, in a street away from traffic but a stone's throw from Borgo Teresiano and Viale XX Settembre (an area full of shops and clubs of all kinds), furnished in mini details and equipped with every comfort. Renovated studio, perfect for two people, but with the possibility of a third loft bed that takes advantage of the height of the house, in a strategic area in the most beautiful part of Trieste. It is a short walk from the sea, and walking among the moored sailboats, and the many clubs and restaurants, you arrive in ten minutes in Piazza Unità. The area is very well served, and you have the option to take the various connections by sea to go to Muggia, Grado, Lignano, Croatia etc.
