Incredible ocean front!! Best beach spot weve ever had!

Very nice place to stay. Used hot tub on upper floor, wonderful view, somewhat of a hike, if any problems with walking, but we managed even with bad knees. Would definitely stay again. Great location.

It is a wonderful place. So comfortable and fully stocked with everything you need to cook and hangout for a long weekend. We started with a group of old friends and enjoyed our time hanging out on the deck and cooking together. We drove to the beach only 20 minutes away. After they left we had a lovely time just relaxing in the hot tub, sitting outside and enjoying the beautiful weather we had. Though I must say even if it had been raining the outside porch is well covered and you could still enjoy being out there. Everyone was very pleased with the beds, super comfortable. There were plenty of linens and even outdoor towels, as well as seperate towels for the pets. (Though we did not have any with us) If I had any comment if would be, we were slightly disappointed that their was no leaf for the dining room table with eight of us and one in a wheelchair it was a tight squeeze, but we made it work! Again, not an issue, just a suggestion! All in all one of my favorite stays.

We had to make sudden last minute plans when we discovered we could not stay at the first AirB&B we booked. Brandon was immediately responsive and flexible allowing us to do an early check in on a last minute reservation. We truly appreciate being able to get somewhere nice and finally feel comfortable. The house was as expected and as described. Multiple great areas for people to hang out throughout the home. Beach is very close and good views of the ocean from the front windows.

Great location, walking distance to anything you need. The house is warm and inviting, perfect to unwind. House is very close to the water with easy walk down.

Andre was super helpful and available, left clear instructions and described the place perfectly. It was peaceful and clean, had everything you needed and some. Great outdoor space for my dog. We enjoyed our quiet getaway! The upstairs tenants were a little heavy footed at times but nothing crazy.

Since my wife passed in 2023 from Cancer, my Daughter and I have doing Holidays different. She found this House , read everything about it and told me this was where she wanted to stay for the night. Excellent choice as very clean very private and relaxing with an awesome view. We will be staying here again :) ( the only issue I had was the 30 minutes it took for me to figure out the Ninja coffee maker, but after I googled it, all was good) thanks so much for you beautiful hospitality and the use of your house.

The views were beautiful. The home was very clean. Hot tub, fire pit & host-provided beach toys/chairs were great. The deck was nice for enjoying the views. Tunnel beach was charming & a short drive but I would not describe it as walking distance for my kids (4&8) and would be difficult to haul all the things down that you need for time spent on the beach. The kitchen felt very small - I stayed w/my parents & my 2 kids. We love to cook but this was not a kitchen you could have more than 1 person in at a time. There is NO cell service - you must use wifi to use your phone for calling/texting. It took me about a day and a half to get this resolved w/my provider once I got there which was not the host’s fault of course, and they did let us know ahead of time that there would be no service, just was an annoyance for me. The only other thing was the temperature in the home. It would get up to 80 degrees during the afternoons even w/the shades all closed & took all night to cool off

The house was beautiful and clean. It was close to beach access and local restaurants and attractions. Lisa was quick to respond to any messages. I would definitely stay here again

We had a great stay at Kathleen & Dan’s! The house was very clean & had good space for us. They have a good selection of movies & games. We were in a good, private location to be able to access different things in Rockaway & to get on the road for other coastal towns. There’s a yummy coffee drive thru right nearby too. 😊

We had a great stay at the Sea Gypsy! The house is very comfortable and we would stay there again. The location is very close to the beach and Cape Kiwanda, we enjoyed exploring Bob Straub State Park, which was less than 5 minutes driving and definitely walkable from the house. The master bedroom was spacious with it's own bathroom and had such wonderfully soft sheets! The kitchen was well-equipped with good-quality pots and pans. Families with kids might want to bring their own plastic plates/ bowls/ cups for kids. Otherwise it was family-friendly and the kids enjoying the games available. Thank you for hosting us!

If you’re looking for a classic beach cabin that is very clean, quiet and comfortable, then look no further. This gem is a short walk to the beach and town while being off the beaten path. Every year I stay here as often as I can. Deb, your host, is exceptional. She really cares about her guests experience and is very accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. First of all, the neighborhood is quiet, calm, and beautiful. The home itself is super comfortable and well stocked...we felt at home right away. We loved how dog-friendly the property is and that added to the comfort we felt there, but at the same time the home was super clean and you couldn't tell pets had been there before. Thank you and we'll be back!

This place is exactly as described. Very comfortable to be in. Great layout and a quick walk to the beach. Exactly what we were looking for. Kevin is an amazing host.

It was a little pricey, but it was nice to have beds for everybody, even if kids had to share rooms. The lack of television was actually nice. Kitchen is a bit cramped and the outlets are not grounded (except like 2) so that made plugging in our stuff challenging and the main floor bathroom is ... odd is the only way to describe it. That all being said I would gladly stay here again.

This listing is a gem on the Emerald Coast! The view will leave you in awe, and the charming downtown area is just a short, easy trip away.

Overall a great location for family vacation. Blocks to the beach, nice little deck with distant view of the ocean. Smell and Sounds of the ocean all day long. Next to groceries. Clean, updated place. We had a great visit!

Great location and very cute little neighborhood. Easy to walk to the beach and loved the space for the two of us and our dogs. The hot tub was great as well! Price point felt a bit high for the season and some areas were a bit more dustier than we were comfortable with. Overall, our needs were met and we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect place to visit with a family as you have everything you need in your room for an easy vacation with kids (kitchen, laundry, more then one bathroom, site has nice walking path and basketball court, and the 3 pools are a huge plus). We absolutely loved staying here and would do it again. The view was beautiful especially at sunset with the hot tub, close to restaurants, and the beach access is right by your unit. It was super clean and very well equipped, especially the kitchen! Had everything we needed including spices. Definitely recommend to anybody wanting a private space that feels like home.

The Unit we stayed in was much nicer than the pictures suggest. More spacious than expected with an awesome ocean view. The complex also has three separate pools each with adjoining hot tubs. One of the pools and hot tubs is fully indoors. There are also multiple indoor recreation spaces. Great for kids.

Have stayed at this place before. Troy and his team are awesome. Instructions for entry are spot on. Please was clean and as described. Ocean view is amazing.
