Beachfront holiday rental in Pacific Beach

It had everything we could possibly need and more. The hot tub and fenced in back yard for the dogs was a huge hit. Brett the host is amazing and always answered any questions we had in a more than timely manner. We got to checkn in early with no added $$ It's our 2nd time here and I know it won't be our last!!!!

Girls trip, 5 of us spent the whole week. Perfect accommodation for a beach house. Had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, black out curtains, fans and sound machines rounded out our fantastic slumbers. Comfy couch, huge dining table. Private backyard. Electric fireplace. Cozy throw blankets. Versatile coffee maker. Open kitchen to cook in and still chat with the group. Can hear the ocean from the house. Secret garden path to the beach. Very cool. Super close to shops and restaurants.

This place is the ultimate family friendly spot. The staff was so accommodating and welcoming. Lots to do, and a beautiful short walk for clam digging. Overall, it is a perfect getaway with kids.

We moved from a different airbnb, that was nothing like it was pictured. This was amazing, we were able to check in early, to resume our Thanksgiving Coast trip. Couches VERY comfortable homely feeling. Beds also very comfortable. Lots of space for a family of four. Kitchen sink faucet might need to be replaced didn't have a lot of pressure coming out of it, made for washing dishes long. Had much better water pressure in the slop sink in the laundry room. TV was hard to find local channels, not sure if there was a cable tv or satellite program. I think it was just a smart tv. We were able to go clam digging and crabing which was fun. Such a pretty area sunsets to remember. We would highly recommend this cabin to anyone!

Loved this spot! Fletcher and Janet were so responsive and proactive in hosting, super friendly! We felt right at home and they were really really accommodating. We had a newborn, our 2 pups and everything was made so easy for us. We will definitely be back and make this our go to spot again!

This location was great for our family of 4 and our camping trailer. We had no issues with the available hookups and the wifi was a great bonus at night when our kiddos wanted to watch a movie. The beach was a 5 minute walk and super convenient as we went clam digging. We enjoyed the privacy and the fire pit! I would suggest making sure you bring your own firewood in case you plan on a fire. (There are places down the road that do sell wood bundles just in case.) The hosts were very friendly and this place was very easy to find, with super easy check-in and check-out instructions. We will definitely book again!

5 stars across the board. Beautiful and comfortable home in a peaceful, quiet setting with an amazing ocean view and experience. While there was only two of us and our dogs, it could've easily held 4 or more people comfortably, but also didn't feel too big for just the two of us either. House is in great shape, has a fun layout and the views from the living room are breathtaking. There's a really nice set-up on the south side of the home with a deck, hot tub and sitting area that's blocked off from the wind but also has ocean views that is really comfortable and relaxing to sit in and take in the ocean scenes, sounds and air. I'm sure it's busier in peak season, but in mid April we virtually had the beach to ourselves for as far as you could see in each direction and lots of space between neighbors for lots of peace and quiet...just the relaxing sounds of the ocean. It was a great getaway, would highly recommend.

We loved our stay- from the moment we walked in w early right at home- it was clean, a beautiful view, and it was perfect for our family of 4. We enjoyed exploring all the beaches and the little town during the day and family dinner and hanging out in the evenings. It was a great landing place for us to relax and hang out for this family vacation.

Stayed the weekend here and really felt relaxed. Great views of the Pacific and easy access for walks on the beach. Private location and very quiet. If you are in the Westport area I highly recommend a stay.

Great getaway spot! The beach was close by as described and the dogs loved the beach! House was clean and as described, instructions on where to park and what to do was easy to follow. Dogs parked themselves at the gas fireplace and stayed cozy while we set up a mobile office to work and enjoy the view.

This location was a hidden gem! The room was clean and very spacious. The pool was great for our child to play in, and the walk down to the beach was breathtaking! Having a private access to the beach was a great feature and really made this experience memorable.

Overall very happy with our 3-night stay at Lia’s over Memorial Day weekend and would definitely come back. The location is terrific — with a partial view of the ocean from the balcony and beach access adjacent to the side of our building and a 1.2 mile paved path parallel to the beach. Loved the community amenities — heated saltwater pool, hot tub, workout room, and mini put-put. The 1-bdrm condo is spacious and very comfortable and includes a great-sized TV with all of the streaming services, washer and dryer in unit, kitchen appliances, and a jetted tub in the bathroom — which my 11-year-old thought was an amazing bonus. Only complaints were: (1) Only given 2 sets of towels initially even though reservation was for 3 people; (2) Bathroom towel racks were broken and need replacement / fixing; (3) Noticeable stains on the carpet and some scuffed up walls. Finally, there is still construction in the complex - but not active work while we were there. I would rate 4.7 out of 5.

I've stayed at the Grey Gull several times over the years and always had a positive experience. The people were very nice, the grounds were well kept, and there's easy access to the ocean.

wonderful condo with great views. make sure you stay flexible. Downtown Westport - times of operation is never correct. but the condo was the highlight!

Great location on the beach great views and beautiful sunsets. New hot tub & gas bbq it was fully stocked with pots/pans & dishes. Must bring your own ziplock bags, foil, plastic wrap and any condiments etc if you’re going to cook. Asked for extra towels and it was generously provided. We enjoyed our stay Razor clamming and would stay again.

Great beach home in Pacific Beach. Near Seabrook for quick bites and places to hang out with family. The home is wonderful with three bathrooms downstairs of which one is an ensuite with a no step to get in shower. Plenty of parking and lots of outdoor space to play and hang out. Great deck upstairs to watch the waves, birds and kite activities on the beach.

This was the cutest little studio…Very well decorated. Nice and fresh with updated appliances and accents. I felt like this studio was made with lots of love:) It was clean, cozy and very comfortable. There is a beautiful view from the bedroom window and the in the kitchen. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved our stay. The place is simply gorgeous. The cottage is set right next to the beach, which was virtually empty the two days we stayed. Incredibly peaceful.

Lovely new floors and countertops. Jim was very easy to work with too. House is located on a nice and quiet dead end road. Quick and easy walking access to the beach just up the road. There’s a new house being built in front of Jim’s - doesn’t ENTIRELY block the view.

Maria was extremely helpful with her instructions and the cabin was immaculate. The cabin was very private which was perfect for us and our 3 dogs. Will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Home, Fantastic Location, Exceptional Host! This stunning home is just 50 yards from the beach, offering breathtaking panoramic views of crashing waves. The kitchen is wonderful, the fireplace cozy, and you can hear the ocean in the living area. The king-sized master bed is incredibly comfortable, with an 86” TV and a nice bathroom. While we wished for a soaking tub, the shower was excellent. The host was exceptional—responsive, thoughtful, and kind. After a storm broke glass on the porch, they had it cleaned up within hours. When we asked about purchasing an item, they surprised us by having it delivered the next day! An unexpected trip to the ER our final night made their kindness even more meaningful. They allowed a flexible late checkout so we could rest, and we booked two extra days to recover. They even shipped us a stuffed animal and other forgotten items. The smooth sandy beach, charming town, and magical starry nights made this an unforgettable stay. Highly recommend
