Our apartment is ideal for family, friends or business trips (we issue invoices). We're on Avenida Murillo Vidal, a safe area with lots of shops just a short walk away. Private parking space for one car, ground-floor location, and easy access for people with reduced mobility. Unique amenities such as air conditioning in the living-dining room, blackout curtains, an internal courtyard perfect for travelling with your pet, and a water tank that ensures water is available during your stay.

A bright, simple but lovingly furnished house, located in a residential area on the slope of the Pitaya Valley, where some artists and intellectuals built their dream house after the great earthquake of 1985. In the Pitaya Valley there is a cold water stream, the Pixquiac, a 15-minute walk; when it is hot, a wonderful coolness. The house is surrounded by vegetation and very well connected, 20 minutes by car, bus or collective taxi from the centers of Coatepec or Xalapa.

It is a centrally located mini apartment, close to the Universidad Veracruzana, the Government and Municipal Palace, two blocks from downtown. The famous Xalapa writer Sergio Galindo was born in this place. It is well lit, with good ventilation, no noise, inside the courtyard of an old house full of plants with chairs that invite you to read or meditate. It has a separate entrance. There is privacy and weekly cleaning and linen changes, and handmade soaps are provided.
